Everything was fabulous except the dessert we shared. When our server asked, we told him we were disappointed. The manager had it taken off our bill. Completely unnecessary but shows how important customer satisfaction is to them. Love Borealis! Will be back.

Once again the food was delicious and plentiful. We had the Three Sisters Bowl with Trout. The Date Night deal is very appealing to the pocket book and you can add a bottle of wine for just $19.95. One of the main reasons we continue to return though is having Luigi as our waiter. He is one of the most engaging, friendly, knowledgeable and amusing waiters we have encountered. We will return again……soon! Randy & Cindy

Wonderful experience celebrating our engagement with our joint families. The food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. Was overall a lovely time, thanks for making our engagement lunch so special!

The steak salad was amazing and the chicken and waffle special was also exceptional! My Hard cherry iced tea was made from scratch and would definitely recommend!

First time attending. Overall experience was 8.5/10 Our server LUIGI was amazing, great personality, friendly, jovial and he had perfect capability to " size up " the clients and interact with us / them on a level i never seen before in a server! I am rating at 8.5 because of 2 issues with the food itself. I had the fish & chips which was wonderfull EXCEPT it came with cole slaw which actually was just a bunch of sliced cabbage and carrots without ANY dressing or garnish... disappointing. My partner had the Three sisters bowl which she enjoyed except there were way too many black beans in that medley dish. I do recommend this place just pay attention to what you are ordering

Another exceptional dinner! The trout and red cabbage entrees was fabulous. Amazing blend of taste and texture. Our waiter Luigi was entertaining, friendly and courteous as usual.
