Bootlegger Bistro consistently offers great food and service in an iconic, old Las Vegas setting. Our server Donny was personable, attentive, and funny. He helped make the meal fun. As always, the garlic knots are addictive. Food was delicious. The Bolognese was creamy and substantial, with perfectly cooked egg noodles. Spinach fettucine was wonderful, as was the salmon with pasta. You don't go away hungry here. The only minor drawback this evening was the volume level of the performers (piano and bass duo). It was hard to hold a conversation during dinner--we probably should have taken a table further from the stage.

We were greeted when we walked in. Our table was ready. The waiter greeted us by asking if we’d dined there before,then engaged us w some fun information about our table and the restaurant itself. The food was terrific. The servings were a good size. The wait staff was very attentive. A lovely experience.

We visitBootleggers every time we come into Las Vegas…at least 3 or 4 times a year. We recommend it to all our friends! Mark is the best waiter we have ever met! Feels like he is a friend after all these years. Great food…great service!!!

The Bootlegger is one of our favorites whenever we visit Vegas. We were originally going to dine with a couple of friends, but a day before our reservation for 4 people, we needed to add an additional person. I called and spoke to the hostess since I was not able to alter the reservation on Open Table - it won't let you reserve for more than a party of 4 for this restaurant. The hostess was nice enough, but I have to say I was shocked when she said, "Just to let you know, for THIS size of a party (she acted like we had 12 people coming instead of 5) we will only do one check for the whole table AND there will be a 2 hour dining limit." REALLY? Sorry, but I found that to be rude! If I'm paying to come to your restaurant to enjoy the food and time with friends, I don't want to feel like I'm on a timeline and any server with experience can handle more than one check at a table. Food was good, as usual, and the service excellent. We will most likely continue to come to this establishment, but I really hope they'll get rid of those 2 ridiculous new policies. By the way we were all done, dessert and all in under 2 hours anyaway - which most parties probably are - so why mention a time limit and ruin the experience before we even get there? I'd prefer to enjoy my food without the clock looming!

It would have gotten 5 stars but what restaurant doesn’t have black tea. 3/5 drink black tea! Also the antipasto sampler looked like the meats were just thrown on the plate. It was not easy to separate for individual consumption. Plus the meats looked of lesser quality than what they used to serve. Rhonda the waitress was great, very attentive spot on.
