I've been visiting Bootlegger for years, even when they were located on Eastern. The food is always awesome, and I always bring my out-of-town guests to experience a little bit of old Las Vegas. Today the food was still delicious. With this said, I have never had such poor service. Our server was just not on top of his game which is why I did not give this five stars. The restaurant was not that busy and I was disappointed and embarrassed to bring my guest. No follow-up after our food was delivered. I had linguine with clams with no dish for the clams and no spoon for the linguine. The bread was served after our order was taken. Only one refill on my tea and only because I had to ask. The bill was tossed on the table and not even a thank you. The food is still excellent, and I would continue to recommend. Hopefully this was a one off.

We have eaten at Bootlegger for years, and not once were we told the chef refuses to accommodate a request. A simple request to double the veggies instead of the pasta! NEVER until this evening! Also, the server asked us if we were ready to order our food on his first visit to the table. Coffee was not hot as well. So disappointing. This definitely will affect us returning in the near future.

Great service and excellent food. We had another great experience and love that we can enjoy a nice meal close by our house. We are locals and try to eat here every now then.

The food was great as usual. Matt provided excellent service. Always a relaxing and pleasant experience dining at Bootlegger.

Always consistently a great experience here. My family has been coming here since 1965 although it was in a different location at that time. Ambiance is very welcoming and relaxing and the food is always a 10. Italian, steaks, seafood and delicious desserts. From the hosts at the front entrance to the servers, the bartenders and support staff everyone always has a good attitude and is extremely helpful. This is pretty much non existent in most restaurants especially here in Vegas. They also have entertainment that is first rate. I highly recommend The Bootlegger!

Food was amazing and they brought out these garlic bread slices to begin with and the sauce they left for it is what they knocked out of the park with. Four guests at that table not one person complained about food service or anything. It was very busy that night and the food was a few more minutes late than usual. But then here they come with more of those garlic bread slices and that put me at ease real quick. Oh the dessert forget it, once you eat that good night and sweet dreams or shall I say in our situation a very sweet night for the ladies with us. 10 stars my friends.

Well worth the trip-- definitely going to return. A lot of the local Italian restaurants here are just Olive Gardens wearing a Scooby Doo mask. Bootlegger is not-- live entertainment, super nice staff, good portions, and the food was great too. Skip the rest and go to Bootlegger.

Brought out of town guests here. Excellent food, service, ambience, and reasonably priced. Our favorite Italian Restaurant in Vegas. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
