This was our first time at Bootleggers and I cannot say enough about the food and the service. Great atmosphere and location too. Highly recommends this for a great dinner. Location was easy to get to at the south Factory outlet mall.

We had been here once before and the service and food was exceptional. So, We went for our anniversary this time. We ordered the ravioli fritti and the escargot. Both were ok. I love escargot and I have had much better elsewhere. The ravioli meat was flavorless but the outside shell was good. We ordered the Spinach Fettuccine Primerva and the Mama Lasagna. I wasn’t impressed with the lasagna. It seemed to be lacking in flavor. My girlfriend enjoy the fettuccine; however, thought there was going to have spinach in the dish and not just the noodles. It was nice to get an anniversary cannoli plus we had the chocolate cake and crème brûlée which were excellent. The service from the first time that we ate there and this time were night and day. We had phenomenal service the first time and mediocre service at best this time. So overall, it was a little disappointment this time compared to last time.

There was no wait time. I was seated right away in my requested booth. The waiter was pleasant.

We always enjoy the Bootlegger for special occasions. Especially good is the Filet Mignon.

First time here. The food was really good as was the service. My husband is Italian and pretty picky with Italian food. He thought it was great and would like to go again. We started with stuffed mushrooms and toasted ravioli. Then got the pasta primavera and seafood pasta (Fradiavolo or something like that). Then the lemon cake- it was really good! Very old school looking on the inside and they had a good crowd all night. It’s not cheap but not as expensive as the Strip Italian restaurants. We thought it was worth it and will definitely be back.

Excellent service!!! our server Alfredo was so attentive, the steak was made to perfection. overall great experience and will definitely return. Food, Service, environment all excellent!

I had taken some coworkers and a customer out for a business meal. I had only been to this restaurant once before and had a nice experience so I thought I’d treat my guests to it. Everything from the bread, alcoholic drinks, appetizer sampler and all our entrees were fantastic. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the harp player was a perfect touch. We so desperately wanted to get desserts, but we truly could not eat another bite. The appetizer with ravioli, shrimp and calamari was enough, but we ordered filet mignon, chicken piccata, lasagna and a seafood pasta dish. We also had the entire plate of bread. The service was excellent and the staff was attentive. Our waters never went below half the glass, we were asked about getting more drinks before ours went empty. I will continue to come back here, as everyone I’ve taken there has raved about it since.
