It was our first time eating here and we will be back. We received a friendly greeting from the hostess, our server was friendly and was attentive without being overbearing and in our face when our mouths were full. The food was excellent, full of flavour and nothing was over cooked. The fresco bar is almost overwhelming, so many choices and everything was fresh. While sitting at our table drenched in self inflicted meat sweats, we discovered they have a dessert menu. The tres leches cake was delicious, great texture and the flavour was amazing. On the advice of our server we tried the coccunt creme brûlée, again the texture was perfect and just the right amount of coconut so it wasn’t overpowering. Absolutely loved our first visit and we will be back.

Boleros is always a place I will recommend to everyone I know. Anytime we have out of town visitors we always bring them to boleros. The food is always outstanding and so is the service and experience all together. Absolutely wonderful restaurant, highly, highly, recommend.

We had 5 adults in our party & 2 kids. 4 adults enjoyed the full rodizio, &1 adult enjoyed the salad bar. The 2 kids had no problems finding what they enjoyed eating. The hole experience was very enjoyable for our group. I would & will recommend to our friends. Thank you to all of your staff for the wonderful experience. Cheers Brent.

This was my first visit since Covid. I was so excited and hopeful nothing had changed- it hadn’t! The entire night was as it was and was just perfect. Our server Ryan was the best server we’d experienced in many years at anywhere we’ve been and our entire night was just amazing. Thank you

We go here 1-2 times a month and it’s never disappointed! We love it here. Ryan is a fantastic and attentive waiter and we appreciate him!
