À Bolero vous êtes en charge de la synchronisation de la large sélection de churrasco (brochettes) qui doivent être apporter à votre table par les Chefs Gaucho. DO NOT BRING YOUR BABY/TODDLER if you don't want to get shushed by the owner! Our family party of 5 & a 1 yr old have dine in tonight Oct 6 2024 to celebrate milestones in our life recently. We chose this place because we have come here 3x already and it's always been great except tonight. First, they can't honor a gift card we got few years ago because "it's a different owner now" like how are we supposed to know of change of owners? We were given an email address to email with our card # and said we are supposed to get a refund after so we'll try that. Second, the gaucho chefs were pretty slow to come. For the first half an hour since we sat down, only about 3 came to our table. The chicken wings were quite salty, most meats are bloody red and the pineapples weren't really roasted. As we were finishing our food, my toddler was getting bored so I let her down from her high chair and rome around the area closeby from our table which was the waiting area by the host. I was making sure we are not disturbing other customers. She would go up & down the mini stairs then moved to the comfy chair by the waiting area. She was making herself comfortable and playing with me so I would stare at her and she would laugh then I would tickle her a little bit and she would laugh but not to the extent that's disturbing and quite far from customers but when I made eye contact with "the owner" by the host table, he signalled me a shush. As a parent who's just trying to entertain my toddler while we dine out and making sure she's not bothering other people, I honestly felt unwelcomed and offended. They claim to be family-friendly but doesn't want to hear a small kid laughing?! I spoke to him after and he tried to "relate" to me because he's a grandfather..sorry but no, it's just not the same. He tried to explain that there were customers celebrating anniversary and they would like to keep the environment quiet.. like what?! first time to bring my in-laws and they are very disappointed

I had a great experience at Bolero, enjoying the unique Brazilian "rodízio" service where gauchos brought a variety of high-quality grilled meats directly to the table. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for dining, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth experience. Though it's on the pricier side, the quantity and quality of the food make it worth it, especially for meat lovers, though vegetarians may find limited options. Overall, it’s a great spot for a special occasion or a fun night out with friends.

Food quality is not good. Either meat is over cooked or unseasoned. The salad bar selection is nothing special. I don't think it's worth the value.

This was the first time my family and I have visited this restaurant and all I can say is that they DO NOT disappoint! Our waiter was very informative and helpful throughout our time there, while the owner was super understanding with our requests. One of our party members got sick before the reservation and we didn’t want him to miss out on the food. The owner had prepared a take out meal (which is something they don’t do) specifically for us. The owner is super humble and just happy to be there. The rest of the staff and pleasing to interact with as well. Be ready to spend a pretty penny on this experience, and COME STARVING BECAUSE THEY KEEP FEEDING YOU 🫶

Just a wonderful night spent with family from out of town. Food was fantastic and so was our server and all the support staff. There is a reason this is one of our favourites!
