    We cancelled the main course and left the place . It was really noisy and the service was not great .

    Our service was awful! We had 3 different people serving us. Our food came before our drinks. No offer of appetizers or any recommendations. No mention of any specials for the evening. As this was offered to the tables on either side of us. Thankfully the food was delicious in spite of the horrible service.

    Bocconcino rocks. We were seated promptly and service throughout the meal was spot on. From starters to mains and desserts, the food is amazing. Must haves for starters are the garlic bread (the best I’ve ever had ANYWHERE) and the octopus. Milanese and the and salmon are great entree choices as are any of the steaks. I’d eat there weekly if I lived in London.

    Our first visit to Bocconcino was outstanding. The venue, menu, service, wine, and food were all great. I’m not sure what I’ll eat next time because there so many good options. Overall a wonderful experience.

    I had booked the set menu for 2 on the open table app. We were escorted to our table and given the menus, no set menu in sight. I asked the waiter for it, he scooted off like he'd never heard of such a thing. He then returned with it, after retrieving it from the entrance where we'd just been. Had I not looked into this place and had not seen the set menu on their website, they would not have offered it to me! The tables are downstairs, you access this via a spiral staircase so I wouldn't recommend this place if you have any mobility problems. We were shown to an area that had several tables close together. One side being against a wall. They are very close together so it was quite difficult to go between them unless you are super skinny! It was lunchtime on a Friday and they had only been open 30 mins, & it wasn't that busy yet they had sat everyone near each other and you could hear everyone's conversations as you are so close. It was also quite difficult to hear what my friend was saying due to the noise, so it must be impossible whilst it is busy! I had burrata cheese and tomatoes with pesto to start, my friend had the sweetcorn & avocado salad. Both very tasty! I had salmon for main, & my friend had mushroom tagliatelle. Not overly big portions. We both had tiramisu for dessert, but it just tasted like coffee chocolate cream in a bowl not at all like tiramisu I've had before. We shared a bottle of sparkling water and it was £6.50! My friend wanted some wine but decided against it after realising the cheapest by the glass was £17! I might've had a cocktail had they not been £18 each! My friend had a coffee after dessert, but I don't drink caffeine. In total our bill came to just over £100. £35 each for the set menu. There is a high service charge that is included. I found the waiters attentive, but not overly friendly. I liked the food, but I think I've been to places that have better food for a more affordable price. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

    The venue is excellent, the customer service at the entrance was very nice and welcoming. But on the table wasn't attentive, food was average. I wasn't fully happy overall experience.

    We were absolutely blown away at how incredible the food was at Bocconcino. We were in London for a family vacation. Based on the reviews I knew it was going to be good, I didn't have any idea it would be that great. If you're considering this restaurant, just go!

    Best Italian ever. Don’t miss the boar pasta. Chef is wonderful, overseas all food as it prepared and before it is served. Food is fantastic and service is great. A bit loud, but it’s everyone talking about their food. can’t wait. Reservations a must.

    We had a brilliant dinner at Bocconcino, starting with burrata, followed by seabags and vegetables. Though we are men and not rabbits, we shared a caesar salad before diving into handmade pasta and the tomahawk ribeye. The pace of service was well executed; we ate well and somehow did not overindulge—at least that's what we tell ourselves. This place was booked for the rest of the month long before we thought to make a reservation, but the concierge staff worked their magic. It might be best to plan ahead just in case. Brilliant dinner, will go again. This was a meal that epitomized the words of Luciano Pavarotti when he wrote, "One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating."
