I have had wonderful experiences at fine restaurants throughout my life-BUT THIS LOCATION OF BOB’s is THE BEST EXPERIENCE in service, atmosphere, and quality. Range was our server and Sylvio in management plus the other managers made us feel so special and cared about. It was our second anniversary. Truthfully, we were not their biggest spenders but you would never know because they treated us as if we were as important as any of their prestigious clientele. The portions were so generous, and I am finding in other restaurants that is changing. BOB’s WINS! It’s saying a lot when there are so many fine steakhouses in Dallas, but Bob’s win the gold medal. (In the last year we enjoyed Flemings, Perry’s, Kenny’s, Nick and Sam’s, Al Biernet and Hillstone which are excellent but) Bob’s wins by service and detail.

What a Big night at Bobs! Tha place was packed ! My usual 7p reservation on Saturday! As Always at Bobs there is plenty to celebrate, to look forward to and to enjoy ! We arrived, the valet said hello and said, my daughter had not arrived, yet. What can you say, When the valet begins the evening with a welcome! Check ck, I said hello to managers and went to bar. My manhattan is as perfect! The cab for my guest was nice. My daughter and her husband and granddaughter arrived. Drinks around. Then , to our table. Justin had said hello earlier and looked forward for to serving us. We knew great attention would be the order of the night. He had our relevant wine ready and we ordered the wonderful bacon wrapped shrimp shrimp and shrimp cocktail . Both perfect. Then Caesar salads and chopped salads . Crisp, fresh and flavorful. Then steaks , NY strip, filets all perfectly cooked. Bread of course was brought and lots of butter as always! Chocolate cake and Brownie sundaes to go! Justin got bill handled and off we went Both cars were waiting. That is VIP service. This is just another ay Bobs plano takes care of its guests! If you have a regular meal, special occasion or something like a business dinner, I’ve been doing it experienced all three there, the managers, Bar, waitstaff , dishwashers, service staff and valets are ready to insure your night is memorable, enjoyable or on point!

Bobs’s is an excellent example of how an upscale restaurant should be. Always excellent service and fantastic food and drinks.

Silvio and Andres provided us excellent service and attention! And the steaks were out of this world! This was our 1st experience with Bob's S&CH, but it will not be our last! It has become our new celebration meal restaurant! Thank you for making our 35th wedding anniversary so special!

Food and service excellent. Jacquelyn was very attentive and one of the owners came by twice. Our only complaint is that it was extremely noisy/loud so difficult for Us to even hear each other in our booth—-we were seated next to 2 large tables full of businessmen. I guess typical for a Monday evening that groups of business would be meeting.

Our server Shane was an absolute gem from start to finish! Started off with a chopped wedge salad split between 2 people, it was great. Then we ordered the cote de boeuf which was delicious. Cocktails were great, and finally the cheesecake really hit the spot. But what made the night great was Shane, outstanding server!
