I ordered the petit filet medium rare and the first 2 times it was basically steak tartare. Remade completely and the 3rd try was perfectly cooked, but I was a little over it after the extra half hour wait. Not up to snuff with the Bob’s in Texas.

Service was excellent! Only reason for 4 stars was the lobster bisque. It was not lobster bisque, it was tomato soup with what tasted like pieces of surimi. The ribeye, the wedge, the loaded baked potato and the mushrooms were all excellent .

Had reservation and seated promptly! Had to ask for bread…. server forgot. Filet & ribeye were both delicious and perfectly cooked, medium rare! Smashed potatoes and skillet potatoes were both delicious and signature carrot was amazing!! Our waitress was very good! Enjoyable evening!

Great food!! Had the filet special with scallops YUM! Drinks were really good too We loved it better than any steakhouse we've been to. Definitely will go back

Our latest visit to Bob's was one of numerous outstanding experiences over the past few years. The ambiance and food was excellent, as usual. The gem of this restaurant is their bartender/waiter, Justin. He reminds us of the "old school bartenders" of bygone days who took their profession seriously and prided themselves on their knowledge and abilities across the entire realm of cocktail creations. His talent and personality is always the highlight of our visits. My wife and I normally get the salmon, but this visit I tried the shrimp scampi. It was excellent, although the sauce reminded me more of a stroganoff mix than the thinner buttery one normally associated with this dish. Thankfully, I actually preferred this rendition. Our dinner companions had the pork tomahawk, which was also one of their favorites, and it was more than large enough to split between them. Suffice it to say that we are big fans of Bob's and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience.

The ribeye steak that we had was extremely salty the skillet Potatoes were very un appetizing and could not eat them. The bread was very hard and somewhat tasteless I was very disappointed in our experience our waitress was terrific. This was definitely not worth the money we paid or what we expected
