C’est en septembre 1989 que le Boatyard Bar & Grill a ouvert ses portes en plein cœur de Fort Lauderdale, capitale mondiale du yachting. Aujourd’hui encore, le Boatyard reste le principal restaurant de bord de mer, servant des fruits de mer du jour, préparés par des mains expertes. Il dispose de salles intérieure et extérieure ainsi que d’un bar/terrasse en bord de mer, idéal pour regarder les yachts passer. Le restaurant met un point d’honneur à offrir une expérience de grande qualité à ses clients ; il propose un service clients irréprochable, une cuisine raffinée et une atmosphère des plus agréables. Un happy hour est organisé du lundi au vendredi, de 16h00 à 19h00.

    Our server was Natalie and she was awful. Drinks were wrong, food took FOREVER to get to us, littleneck clams are NOT freshly shucked, never asked us if we wanted another round of drinks. It was pretty bad. The girl needs mega training. LOUD thumping music from the outside bar is piped into the main restaurant. Overall, I gave it a 1 star. Will not return.

    I recently dined at Boatyard in Fort Lauderdale and was thoroughly impressed by the stunning new renovations. The modern updates have truly transformed the ambiance, giving the restaurant a sleek and contemporary feel. The highlight of my visit was the outdoor seating area, which is perfectly situated next to the water. It provided a serene and picturesque setting that made my dining experience even more enjoyable. The combination of the fresh, modern decor and the beautiful waterfront view makes Boatyard a must-visit destination. Highly recommended!

    It’s a 10 out of 10 , my guest and I had a fabulous time. We have come to your restaurant many times and we enjoyed our meal together. The restaurant staff and so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the fabulous hospitality.

    Everything about the Boatyerd is top notch after the big remodel and menu overhaul. And we loved it before! Try the Old Fashioned with the gold leaf in the clear ice cube!

    Steak on Surf and Turf was not cooked properly. Returned and no flavor. This was our fifth visit and we love the restaurant! Maybe we will stick to seafood.

    Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The server trying to do his best, but appetizers came out before drinks. It took over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine. Sauces for entree came with appetizer. Food was ok. Pretty salty.  I know they have only been open a week since renovations so hopefully things improve

    Used to be our favorite. Many, many issues, not enough space here to list. Prob won’t go back. Sadly, still the best fish in the city.

    We had a wonderful time at the Boatyard. We started with happy hour at the outside bar and Madison took excellent care of us. Then we had dinner inside and Daniel took care of us. Our dinner (Grouper Piccata) was amazing as was the service. If you want a special dining experience, I highly recommend.

    The food was delicious and the server was very attentive. We had the Bimini bread and Calamari for starters and was excellent. For mains I had Grouper Piccata and my husband had the grilled Mahi mahi with the Mariniere butter sauce. Also ordered the Parm fries. The food was very well prepared and simply delicious. Had a couple of red wines to go with the food. This was our second visit and recommend this restaurant highly.
