C’est en septembre 1989 que le Boatyard Bar & Grill a ouvert ses portes en plein cœur de Fort Lauderdale, capitale mondiale du yachting. Aujourd’hui encore, le Boatyard reste le principal restaurant de bord de mer, servant des fruits de mer du jour, préparés par des mains expertes. Il dispose de salles intérieure et extérieure ainsi que d’un bar/terrasse en bord de mer, idéal pour regarder les yachts passer. Le restaurant met un point d’honneur à offrir une expérience de grande qualité à ses clients ; il propose un service clients irréprochable, une cuisine raffinée et une atmosphère des plus agréables. Un happy hour est organisé du lundi au vendredi, de 16h00 à 19h00.

    Went for a birthday party of 6 people. Ambiance is great but the meal was poor. Food looked great from a presentation standpoint but tasteless and dry. I’ve been there before and experienced the same thing, though the appetizers are typically better than the entree.

    Great ambience. The drinks were excellent and the food was delicious. The eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked & were one of the best I’ve ever had. The crispy chicken sandwich was also delicious. The server went out of her way to please us all. Great place for brunch. I highly recommend it.

    Our server(wish I remembered her name) was excellent. So much so that we actually spent some time talking about how attentive, informative, not overbearing, and thoughtful she was. The food was excellent, we each had something different burger, omelette, chicken sandwich, mahi sandwich. We shared the ridiculously tasty Bimini bread. Very accommodating when it came to tweaking meals and drinks to our liking. This was my best visit yet!

    Have been to Boatyard several times and have yet to have a bad experience. The food, service and atmosphere is exceptional.

    Food was good. Just don't expect much on service. It was great until we got the food. No one came back to check the table until it was time to ask for dessert or the check

    I live in the middle of the state so it's always a joy to come over here and enjoy some Fresh well cooked Seafood. The presentation is always excellent the drinks are very good a little more pricey that I'm used to but well worth the experience ,not a every day experience. This place is always hopping so my word of advice is make your reservations early in valet park. Looking forward to my next visit!

    When we come into Ft. Lauderdale to cruise, we love to dine at the Boatyard. It’s cool, laid back vibe and party-like atmosphere right near the water makes for a fun evening. The food is always excellent and options abound. Service this time around was a bit slow but it did not dampen our experience. We will be back!
