    Service was superb. Our waitress was very informative with the wine selection and the halibut. Unfortunately forget her name. I had blackened halibut and my friend had the steak. Both cooked perfectly and was very delicious.

    1) sirloin steak....veggies and garlic mash potato. very tasty 2) seafood stew....jumbo shrimp, mussels, chorizo sausage & baguette. very nice [ and filling] 3) mocha ice cream pie.....fantastic

    Great setting and the huge plus was that we could reserve an outside table. Food and drinks were fine, nothing special but as expected. Server was pleasant and not too obtrusive.

    Wasn’t full house but took an hour to get food after we ordered. Service is just standard. Food quality is just equal to white spot. Overly charged for what we get.

    We had made Anniversary reservation for this location. The evening was a disaster as the service and food was terrible. The server barely acknowledged us even being in the resturant and the apps were cold. The only 2 bright spots of the evening was the bus boy as he gave us great service and the 2nd best thing was leaving the Boathouse. The waiter never brought my beer and wanted some wine with my entree and got nothing. I think I would have enjoyed fast food better than last night Will never ever go back.

    Overall it was a lovely dinner. Our server ended up serving our food to another table (who was seated after us). Also, we wrote on our reservation that it was my wife’s birthday but nothing was acknowledged. The food was delicious and we had a good time.

    Sadly this was our restaurant of choice for our first anniversary dinner. Lovely ambience but service was lacking- perhaps understaffed. Food quality for the price was fair only and we had to return a steak as it was overcooked as was my wife’s lobster. The balance of this meal was unappealing and over heavy on rice and potatoes. Overall a disappointing meal considering the price point and reputation of the Boathouse restaurant.

    Server doesn’t even give out a plate for me to eat. Second, bartender needs to have more experience in mixing better drink. It tastes watery. Service a bit slow with one of my oysters not fresh and my partner spill it out
