A boutique restaurant nestled in and amongst the slopes and foothills of Stanmore, BNOVA serves modern Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist. The architect’s shared vision is a world away from the traditional curry house; our philosophy and style is tasteful but simple. Very small portions for the price of dishes, only one person able to take orders for drinks or food, Dishes not as tasty as other restaurants in the area, mandatory 10% service charge for a family of 4. Music was way too loud from a small set of speakers which were just vibrating annoyingly - I had to ask a number of times for the music to be turned down due to the bad sound quality and because we couldn’t hear ourselves. Won’t be going to Bnova again.

Hi Dhiren thank you for taking the time to review Bnova Indian Restaurant and Bar. I am sorry if you have not enjoyed your experience however there are some statements we disagree with. We always limit the amount of our staff that take orders so it can be consistent and that person knows where you are with your meal. Our service charge is not mandatory whatever the number of guests. We have background music for all our guests and at your request we put the music down twice however we had other customers that evening who were requesting for us to put the volume up, we always have to find a balance that works with all our patrons. hope you can understand this.

The experience was amazing. Could not have asked for more from an Indian Restaurant. Positives: Taste Portions Service Menu Compliments from chef Things that can be improved Cleaner bathrooms Accept AMEX as payment option

We also take on board all feedback as this ensures we can be improving at all times. The bathrooms are checked regularly but something must have been missed. Unfortunately, we do accept Amex as the fees are too high but will look into this again and see if this is more competitive. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

First time trying this place and was very impressed. Good was delicious. Good portions (we visited with 3 teenage boys!). Prices reasonable. And service flawless. Would highly recommend and will definately be returning!

The staff here are very good and very knowledgeable the food was delicious to say the least they even gave us a complimentary snack alongside a little drink the only negative I can say is the music was a little too loud for us but nothing major and the price was in my opinion fairly high This said myself and partner would definitely come back
