Bluewater Grill's mission is to provide our guests with the highest quality seafood, classically prepared, at a fair price, in a friendly, casual atmosphere.

We source the globe for the highest quality fresh seafood. We develop and maintain relationships with reputable seafood suppliers and adhere to a daily ritual of controls and systems to ensure the integrity of our seafood.

I reserved a table for my wife and I, we asked to sit at the bar while we waited. The ambience was welcoming we ended eating at the bar. The staff was amazing, friendly and recommended some out there popular dishes. The food was amazing, the cocktails were on point. We will be returning

A wonderful restaurant with a varied menu! Loads of great seafood and exceptional preparations. We started with fried oysters which were wonderful, and then on to entrees. Everyone had fish and all were happy! Barramundi ( exceptional ) , sea bass, swordfish .. all really good dishes with nice sides. No complaints and would visit once every week!!!

Great service, and atmosphere. From the greeting to the goodbye. The staff was friendly and professional. The food??? Well we had every intention of having a nice dinner. But, we never stopped ordering appetizers!!! Sooo good. Started with a 1/2 dozen Blue Points, and the sashimi Scallops. Fresh, and beautifully prepared. Then the Octopus and the Bluewater Sushi roll. Both rocked. The Mrs had a couple coconut margaritas, Bloody Mary here…. All in all a wonderful dinner…

Great food. Fresh shrimp was amazing. Craft cocktails were delightful. Nice spot for a romantic dinner.

My wife and I went for Valentine’s Day we were seated promptly even though we arrived a little early, that was very nice. Our waiter was very friendly and answered all our questions. The ambience was very nice. The food not so much my crab legs were excellent and so were all my sides. The appetizer was a bit cold but still tasty. My wife’s meal surf and turf was not to her liking. She asked that the steak be WELL DONE and it came out medium rare. The manager stopped by our table to ask how everything was we told him about our steak and he immediately grabbed it and said that was not cooked correctly. About 10 minutes later her steak made its way back to our table she cut into it once more and it was now medium well maybe medium. The waiter approached our table to ask how everything was. We informed him the steak was still not cooked correctly. He kindly offered to fix it but at this point I was done with my food almost and she was starving. We declined his offer he apologized and left. He came back maybe 5 minutes later offered us a dessert we had plans to go elsewhere and politely declined. He then came back 5 minutes later with the bill and informed us he took off the appetizer. We were thankful but not super happy. Anyways we probably won’t be back.

First time eating here felt very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the location was right off the freeway. Definitely would recommend this restaurant.

Love the food and the amazing waiter we had. She was on top of it with everything we asked for/about. Haven’t been here in a while and definitely coming back soon.

Blue Water Grille is a fantastic restaurant designed to satisfy your desire for a great meal at a reasonable price. We made reservations for Valentine Day and from checkin to a gracious thank you on leaving, had a great time. Our server was attentive and made the meal all the more enjoyable. If you have visiting guests and want to take them out for a great meal, the Blue Water Grille is a great place to dine. If the Blue Water Grille ever want's to expand, I hope the owners will consider Goodyear for the next place to build one of their fine restaurants. Thank You for your fine meals and staff over the many years I have lived in Arizona.
