Fantastic fantastic fantastic! Had the best time with my friends, arrived and we were guided to the bar whilst our table was getting readied. Had 2 cocktails and was seated just after we got them. When making our orders we were asked about any allergies, whenever our glasses were empty they were quickly removed from our table and we were asked if we wanted another drink, very attentive staff, food was amazing and the whole vibe was beautiful! Definitely coming back again and again cos I love me some blues kitchen

We loved the food and the service was excellent and the restaurant was stunning place. We loved the live music , the singer’s voice was exquisite but it did become a little bit if a brawl to keep your space and enjoy the music

Hugely disappointed with the menu. It’s been stripped right down. No longer has the brisket burger, buttermilk chicken and the ribs of pork is now one sparerib instead of a rack. Menu was v disappointing l. Dessert options equally depleted & dull Food we had tasted great and service was excellent - v friendly but completely efficient Definitely a shadow of what it was and not convinced I’ll return. Poor value for money but a google vibe

I have been going to Blues kitchen for many years and always recommend the Brixton venue because of its vibe. Unfortunately on the 5.11.24 when I attended I was beyond disappointed with the food. I actually was trying to work out what had happened with your chefs! The buffalo wings were hard and warm not hot. For me they tasted like they had been re cooked as they were certainly not fresh wings! The smashed avocado was just overloaded with onions the worst dish I had ever eaten. The blackened salmon was not blackened just bland like a school dinner. The only decent dish was the fries and my expresso coffee. I will definitely be giving Blues a long rest and hopefully in the new year you will have employed qualified chef’s.

It was a nice place, nice atmosphere etc. but we were rushed off our table after 1 hour 45 mins. They did tell me after that this was stated in their email confirmation. However, the table was booked for 7pm but we arrived early, just after6pm and asked if we could have drinks at the bar or be seated and were advised that our table was in fact ready. We had our meal and we didn't even have a starter as such as we asked for it to come out with the main. Same with dessert as but wanted to start on the cocktail menu as our 'dessert' but after one cocktail we were told our time was up. We explained the table was booked for 7pm and that we arrived early etc. but they wasn't having it and advised us there was a bar upstairs. We went upstairs and asked for a cocktail to be told they only do cocktails downstairs so we stayed for one drink and left to annoyingly find the table we were sitting on to be empty! It is a shame as my partner and I are complete cocktail pigs and would have spent a fortune, which we did, up the road.

I booked a table for 8 people two months prior to our attendance on Saturday 2nd October. In the event, we ended up a party of 10 and whilst the booth-style seating plan in the restaurant couldn't accommodate a table of 10, the staff rearranged their booked tables pan to afford us two adjacent 6-person booths. The food was delicious, the house wines were fine and competently-priced and the staff were polite, good- humoured, proficient and professional. Overall, a fabulous dining experience. Thank you.
