We take extreme pride in our restaurant and in 2004 expanded into off-site catering with the goal of providing the same quality and consistency to our off-site events as we do in-house. There are no hidden costs, ‘convenience fees’ or fine print.

The Blue River Bistro can accomodate up to 70 seated guests for a full restaurant buyout or up to 125 for a standing cocktail party. Partial buyouts can accommodate up to 45 for a sit down dining event or up to 60 for a cocktail party. When weather permits, our patios increase our total capacity by 30 seats and 50 guests standing.

The Blue River Bistro has ample parking in the rear of the building across the river from the Gondola. Please use the parking directly behind the Blue River Bistro and the adjoining businesses. If the rear area is full, there is parking available along Main Street in front of the Blue River Bistro.

My wife and I both ordered the Scotish Salmon on the waiter’s recommendation. That was the best salmon preparation we have ever had. The salmon coating, risotto, pesto and citrus flavors were incredible.

Blue River Bistro is on our dining list every time we are in Breck. We ate there twice this week. The salmon BLT on the lunch menu is my favorite. And for dinner it’s the Scottish Salmon. They prepare salmon perfectly.

Our experience was terrific!! It was my wife’s birthday and on the table when seated was a birthday card signed by the staff - nice touch!! Our server was terrific w recommendations that exceeded expectations- well done!! Food was excellent - wife enjoyed the salmon and I thoroughly enjoyed the Bison short ribs - top notch chef!! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!!

We enjoyed the Happy Hour BOGO Martinis and Appetizers!!! Everything was wonderful, and, our server, Chris, made our experience even better!!!

The food was quick to arrive at our table and was amazing! My boyfriend loved the bison short ribs. The waiter was also very nice. It was a busy night so it was a little noisy but, it was okay. Very cool place. Dress is classy casual.

Pat was our server and he was delightful! We loved every bite and sip. Beautiful setting, wonderful menu. Try a Crime of Passion if you like passion fruit and tequila!!

The Happy Hour here is unmatched and the food is top notch. One of my favorite places to eat in Breck. I eat here 3x a year and look forward to it every time!

Really enjoyed Sunday brunch at BRB. Great selection of food and drinks coupled with attentive service. Never been disappointed here.
