Awesome food, awesome service for our first visit and anniversary. Ersel was great! We will most definitely be back!

We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and we checked our coats. Joe was our waiter and he was exceptional. The other staff that assisted were very friendly as well. The crab cake appetizer was absolutely phenomenal! My husband ordered the surf and turf and was very pleased with his choice. I ordered the delmonico it was perfectly prepared and the asparagus was so tasty as were the mashed potatoes. We were celebrating my birthday and your establishment was the perfect spot for us!!! JOB WELL DONE!!! The only suggestion I have is that the butter for the bread to be softer so it is easier to spread....

I’ve always wanted to try Blue Point Grille and my birthday dinner was absolutely amazing. Our server was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The cocktails, appetizers and entrees were perfection. My entire dinner party left satisfied. Thank you so much.

Bottom line the money spent did not measure up to the food and drink experience. On top of this , a 20% service charge was automatically added to the bill for a party of 2.

We traveled from Indiana to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Joe was our server and he was amazing!

I believe we were there on a bad night… However, not one thing was actually good. The manager went out of her way to try to make up for the fact that the food was just subpar. I have to thank her for that, however, I am really disappointed as we were there for a birthday celebration and everything was truly not fresh, over or undercooked, and presented very poorly.. The manager and servers were very focused on making things look better. They did their best… But the kitchen simply sent out some pretty and savory food. I’d

First time at Blue Point and the food, drink and service were great. We aren't huge seafood people but ordered lobster based on our servers recommendations and do not regret it. We had an 8:30 reservation and the place remained full until we left 90 minutes later which speaks volumes for the restaurant. Only thing we didn't care much for was the margarita which came in a tall pint glass and was very much a sugary mix, otherwise recommended and we will be back.

We had an outstanding meal. It was our first time eating there and we loved it. The restaurant was really beautiful and the staff were very cordial and informed of the menu!! We loved everything we ordered and the drinks were delicious too!!! We Will definitely return there the next time we are in Cleveland!!!
