Vous serez séduit par cet établissement gastronomique faisant partie du dynamique paysage urbain de Phoenix : Blue Hound qui est situé au 2ème étage de l'hôtel Palomar. Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails puise son inspiration parmi les fournisseurs et les agriculteurs locaux de l’Arizona pour proposer un menu américain préparé avec des ingrédients provenant d’une agriculture durable et qui sont destinés à être apprécié avec des vins et des cocktails artisanaux ainsi que d'excellentes bières. The host tried to sit us around a pillar wall away from the whole meet section of the restaurant I was done then but my wife insisted we stay . So then the waitress forgot about us ,the food was mediocre and the drinks were sugary only thing good was the parking no lie, in and out no problem didn’t even pay. I wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re a black couple.

Ordered a lime daiquiri and was curious as to why it arrived yellow in color. The taste was awful. Sent back. Went with a brut rosé instead of risking another cocktail. That be inf said, the cocktail my husband ordered off the menu was smoked and really really good. The lobster Mac is not lobster. Maybe crawfish? Caesar salad was more of a southwest salad and overdressed. The burger was really good-would’ve been outstanding if they used the pretzel bun instead of the sesame bun that was crumbly. Chicken sandwich overcooked and dry. Ambience was amazing and the service was very good.

I had expected better. When booking the reservation is was asked if we were celebrating an event. I stated I was getting married - the person stated we will do something special for the two of you. At the end nothing was done, waited a long period for the food, bread was soggy. Not impressed and will never be back.

Cool spot, with the cocktails being the highlight. The food was decent gastropub-style fare. The service was spotty though. The bartender seemed overworked and a bit short and unfriendly as a result, and our server didn't seem on the ball. High points for the friendliness of the staff at the host/hostess stand though

Wonderful restaurant inside a first-class hotel. Jacqueline is an excellent hostess, and Sarah is an awesome server. Great food, perfect ambiance, everything was just the way you would want it to be. I recommend the bacon wrapped dates and blackened salmon. A must visit restaurant in Downtown Phoenix.

Excellent food- scallops and asparagus amazing per my husband and I had mushroom risotto which was creamy but not mushy! Excellent service!

We had a very pleasant dinner in a wonderful setting. Our server was attentive, and we all had a good meal, and a great dessert! I recommend blue hound kitchen!
