Our reservation was at 530. Took 15 minutes to seat us although the restaurant was not full at all. We had a 7 pm show to attend. Ordered cocktails and food at the same time. Appetizer and entrees came at the same time. Cocktails were not served by the time entrees were finished. Several other tables we’re complaining about beverage service. Food quality was poor. Rubbery calamari. Lobster roll was below average. Management clearly did not set up staff for success last night. Bar was full of dirty glassware and only one bartender appeared to be working. Last time we will be visiting

We were visiting from out of state and visited this restaurant as a group of 6. The automatic gratuity of 20% was added to our bill. When I didn’t add a bigger tip to the bill I was called by the restaurant manager after we left, inquiring why we failed to tip the server and questioned about what went “wrong”! I explained we did tip, 20%, per their policy. We were all there on business and we have company policies against tipping more. While our experience was good, it was not over the top or demanding more than 20%. The food, the service, the ambiance were all good, but I struggle with why it’s appropriate to pressure a customer to explain why a larger tip was not provided. Tips are not guaranteed. They are not en entitlement. I’m not dinging them on the review, but I think this management practice is a choice and should be re-evaluated.

Great find in downtown Phoenix area. The food and drinks were spectacular, tasty, and well thought out. We will be back for sure.

$212 for 4 lunch entrees and 2 appetizers which were all basic meals. way to overpriced!! No Alcohol or fancy drinks either. To many other options in the area that are as nice or better.

Hostess was great, even ended up getting us waters and then check at end of evening. But that was because server was unacceptably inattentive. Food was decent; had prosciutto wrapped shrimp, seared sea scallops and pasta with chicken, tomatoes and artichokes - all good. Drinks were good. Service was only issue.

Sat at the bar for dinner during a business trip. Tried their Edfe of the world cocktail and it was fantastic. It was the only item that came out quickly. It took several mins before they even took my food order and I had to wave the bartender down to get his attention and the and with 3 people behind the bar and and 8 people at the bar it shouldn’t have been that slow. Had the bacon wrapped dates as an appetizer but was not provided silverware luckily they were on skewers. When my burger came out I had to ask for silverware again. The burger was good but the pork belly on it needed a sauce. The serving of fries was massive which was good to see but needed a second thing of ketchup that never came after requested. Food and ambiance was good but the minor details and service need a little bit of work and then this place would be top notch h.

The ceviche was outstanding. It was served in a cocoanut shell. Very interesting and so good! Our waiter was the best!
