    Lovely staff, they were very attentive and kind. The setting was beautiful, the interior & the exterior. The food could use a little more seasoning but I would definitely recommend this restaurant forward. 4.5 stars

    Blue Grillhouse is our go to restaurant for birthday and wedding anniversaries. Last evening was our 40th wedding anniversary. We had great steaks and good service. We were disappointed when we were not offered the usual ice cream dessert and just chalked it up to restaurants cutting back to save money. Just read some previous reviews and it appears they still do offer the ice cream dessert. Maybe next birthday.

    Our server was attentive but did not rush. Our meal was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly warm and red I. the middle as I requested. My husband's ribs were juicy, not greasy and the appetizer scallops and bacon we shared was tender. warm. and both were satisfied without spoiling our appetite for our entree. Since we celebrated my husband's birthday, our server brought us the dessert menu to choose from because the kitchen was out of the usual treat. We shared and couldn't finish the most delectable chocolate mousse cake with a delicate whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. My coffee was rich in flavor and complimented dessert perfectly. We were seated at a corner table, so we could enjoy koi pond and weeping pine tree.

    Always a delicious meal at Blue. While my date’s steak was a little undercooked, she sent it back and it came out perfect a few minutes later. The sautéed garlic spinach was fabulous and the lobster mashed potatoes were to die for. Oh and don’t forget to order the baked oysters - delicious with creamy spinach , cheese, and bacon! Even better than oysters Rockefeller! Service was attentive and gracious with just the right attention to detail! Another successful date night! I was rewarded at home later! Woohoo!

    The atmosphere is nice; kind of an up scaled chain restaurant. The service was friendly, but the steaks were lacking. We had a filet and a NY strip ordered medium rare but served medium well. They were dry and the marbling wasn't prime grade as listed. Peppercorn sauce wasn't peppery, just had pepper in it. The mashed gold potatoes were gummy.

    Tammy and David took care of us the night we went to Blue for our anniversary celebration. They were wonderful. They both had a great sense of humor, and made the evening fun. Tammy was very knowledgable about the menu items and very helpful in helping us decide on food and wines. The food was excellent. We all had beef with lobster mashed potatoes and brocollini and tomatoes. Tammy presented us with the restaurant's signature ice cream dessert, which did not disappoint! Tammy and David made a great team and helped make our evening very special.

    We came from Long Island NY on route to Hanover for a party, I found it online and said lets give this place a shot. Outside patio was excellent and comfortable, the service was as perfect as NYC and the Crabcake Sandwich was really delish. I'm a NYC Chef for 40 years and totally enjoyed the perfection of this lunch break on a long trip Thanks

    We both had excellent hamburgers. The service was great. We have had dinner at Blue several times, but this was our first lunch here. We will do it again soon. Highly recommend.
