    This is my 2nd time to dine in your restaurant and this time we celebrated my father-in law’s 60th birthday and my husband’s birthday. Our server Trevor wasn’t the best. It feels like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. We can’t hear him well while introducing himself and especially when he was telling us the specials for the night. We were a party of 8 so he should make an effort that everyone can hear him but instead it feels like he’s just talking to one person or two. Appetizers and entree’s came at a perfect time but when we asked for the dessert menu, it took 20mins just to give us the menu and another 20mins just to get our dessert order and 10mins for the dessert to arrive. What a waste of time! I have two toddlers and they were already having tantrums coz we’ve been waiting for so long. This should have been a special moment to celebrate, good food YES, service? VERY POOR! Didn’t deserve the automatic 20% gratuity. Didn’t even say anything after I pay.

    Place is amazing. Great food. Great vibe. I do fell the drink prices are a little much. I run a Michelin rated restaurant in midtown manhattan and we do not t even charge that much for drinks. 27.00 for a 12 year old scotch is crazy. lol. But overall it’s a great place and I wish them the best. I’ll be back regardless

    Our server Kathy was very attentive and explained all of the specials of the evening with great detail. Our entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. The hula cake as a birthday surprise was yummy and easily shared by our party of four adults.

    Food was very good and generous portions-bisque, wedge, filet, ribeye and sides of baked potato and veggies. Only disappointment had specifically indicated celebrating birthdays (husband and mine) never offered the complimentary hula pie. Chose not to vocalize as should have been noted-and frankly we were more than full by then. Won’t dissuade from visiting again but something lost in translation.

    We felt rushed. Understand it was a Sunday evening but it was pretty obvious that the goal was to have us out of there ASAP. Food was mediocre for Blue’s standards too.

    Salads were flat. Service better than it used to be. Very nice waitress. Card cake below average. Bartenders did not control a verbal exchange from a belligerent patron. Asparagus overdone and tasteless.

Our staff is trained to immediately alert a manager to deal with these types of occurrences, as our managers are fully trained on how to handle these situations.     Portions very small. The 6 ounce filet looked like 4 ounces. Very, very noisy everywhere in restaurant. So noisy, the staff had a difficult time hearing requests from people at the table. Missing sides were comped, but just not a fine dining experience on any level.

    Menu and food was incredible. Will absolutely make this a regular visit when we come out to Lehigh. Try the specialty drinks too...amazing.
