    As always, blue delivered an outstanding dining experience. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Our appetizer, the calamari, was lightly breaded and delectable. We ordered the Porterhouse and beef short ribs. We also added to sides; sauteed spinach with garlic and the sauteed mushrooms. All of our courses were so very well prepared and exquisite. The mushrooms were a very pleasant surprise. They were well seasoned and well prepared. The sauteed spinach, aha delicioso. The short ribs were so tender, I didn't need a knife. They were served in a brown sauce that was incredible and an amazing compliment to the ribs. The steak was...well prepared steak. The service is so very customer focused. Our server and bus staff were amazing. They were attentive, polite and amazing. Their contribution to the meal was almost equal to the outstanding meal. I can't say enough about this restaurant. They know how to treat their patrons, understand the importance of customer service and they make food that is fabulous! Thanks blue for an amazing birthday dinner meal.

    Everything was excellent! Arrived early and were seated immediately and enjoyed everything dining outside on the patio.

    Always a great experience. Especially appreciate how they honored our seating request. And since it was a birthday celebration, they made it more special.

    What a wonderful experience. Our waitress was the best. And the food was cooked to perfection. But the best was the ice cream cake to celebrate our anniversary and our neighbors both on the same date.

    Excellent food. Server Gabby could have not done anything more - she was excellent! We are looking forward to going back for our next visit!

    We are always pleased when we dine at BLUE. It is our "go to" for special events. We cannot afford to go often but truly enjoy our dining experience when we visit. Alex was a great server and the food was perfect as usual.

    Was staying at Wind Creek, but wanted upscale dining elsewhere for my boyfriend’s birthday. I picked the perfect place! Our waiter Anthony was so personable. The scallops wrapped in bacon appetizer was amazing. We both had petite filets with salads. Filets were cooked perfectly. They set us up with a delicious ice cream cake dessert that was sinfully delicious.
