Blue Crab Grill in Newark, Delaware is known for offering a giant menu filled with seafood options. Though much of it is seasonal, you can always count on some items at Blue Crab Grill. For example, there is the steak and cake. You get a grilled beef tenderloin and jumbo lump crab cakes. Another standby at Blue Crab Grill is the surf and turf. This includes a five-ounce beef tenderloin steak and a five-ounce lobster tail that is served stuffed with crab imperial. The crazy jambalaya is very popular as well. It comes with crab legs, crawfish, clams, mussels, scallops, chicken, shrimp and andouille sausage.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 20yrs and I’ve never had a bad meal or service. It’s still one of my favorite jems in Delaware. The fried oysters, calamari, and cream of crab soup were delicious as always.

Great server and great food. Tried oysters on half shell and crab cake entree. We also order the shrimp salad. Good restaurant. We will be back when back in the area.

Our first time here. The calamari was one of the best I’ve ever had!! I did order the sauce on the side based on other reviews. Our waitress was lovely. The only bummer was no domestic beer on tap but we will be returning for sure.

We came with our two kids and had a great experience! They sat us right next to the fish tank and my kids had a nice time watching the fish and being entertained. Our server was very attentive and kind. The only downside was my daughter's meal. She ordered a grilled cheese which she didn't like, no offer for something else was made. Otherwise, our good was delicious and we will definitely be back.

Blue Crab is a great neighborhood place; very convenient with excellent seafood and other options. The crab imperial special was delicious! Melissa, our server, was very friendly and attentive. She was also training Michael, a new server, who will be a good addition to the staff! We will be back!

Great time! 90th birthday for Dad. Appreciate the candle lit dessert. Food was great!. Server was great!

We enjoyed our dinner at Blue Crab. The drunken clams are the best around. Our salads were fresh. The waitress was busy but attentive and nice. The band was really good. We will be back!

Such a great find! The food was tasty. Our server, Samantha, was wonderful and friendly, as were all the support staff. I ordered a mimosa and found out they fresh squeeze their juices. Very impressed!

We went to this rocking restaurant at peak hours on a Saturday night. We had reservations and were seated promptly (the walk up’s who were waiting gave us glares 😆sorry). Our waitress was friendly and working as hard as she could. We had some long waits but the food was so worth it and the value was great. Next time, we will go at a less busy time. We will be going back 😁
