Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

    We went to Blue Collar (previous location) for brunch during Miami Spice and loved it. We went again this year for dinner in the new larger location. The lamb bolognese was too gamey and we did not eat it. Appetizer (Cuban egg rolls) was small. Dessert was good.

    The food is good as always but we went there for Miami spice as we have gone there in the past and although the quality of the food is still great they are just like every other restaurant that does Miami spice. Serving smaller portions just cause you are there for Miami spice. We have been to their previous location several times in the past and they use to offer one complimentary drink if you do the Miami spice. They took that away. They also use to offer anything on their menu, no additional charges for specific things, as part of Miami spice which use to set them aside form everyone else. Blue collar use to be the best restaurant, in my opinion, that participated in Miami spice.

    Kayla was awesome from the moment she engaged us she went above and beyond, the food was delicious and the adult beverages especially her recommendation was on point. Thank you! From the thick glasses table lol

    I think it is best to stick to basics here. The snapper was not very good. My wife’s pasta dish was great. The service was mediocre and the manager spent his time gabbing with a colleague rather than looking at his customers. I think they need a service refresh at this new location.

    New place looks great..food is always consistent..service is always excellent..only one complaint chocolate layer xake dessert doesn't need any glaze..
