Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

Very average food for above average cost. The oxtail had no meat on it, it wasn’t spicy like I asked for, and they never brought the side that I ordered. The mac n cheese also tasted like it had been sitting on a heating tray for several hours. It was also quite bland. The oxtail, a salty burger (that made my fiancée sick), mac n cheese, conch fritters, Cuban egg rolls, and two cocktails for $183–with tip (with one of these meals costing only $45 due to the Miami Spice deal) seems a tad steep, but that’s actually cheap for Miami. All in all, totally not worth going out of your way to try.

If you have an outdoors seating, try and get as far away form the street as possible. Food was fabulous and worth every dollar.

Our first time since Blue Collar has moved, across the street. The new place is larger, but we still felt the coziness and enjoyed the high quality food. We went with kids, ate outside, and with the great fans, sat comfortably. There was food for all of us to enjoy.

Very inventive restaurant. Big menu, friendly competent service. Noise level deafening but awaiting noise dampening covering for the ceiling. Needed for brick walls too Need to be selective on selection from excellent menu because the chef likes to use lots of sugar eg. you don’t need any sugar on charred sweet potato and over spices some dishes such as the Cole slaw garnish with the excellent pork shoulder If the structural noise volume problem can be resolved and if the chef lightens up on over sweetening and/or moderates use of hot spices in some of the menu items, Blue Collar will be one of the most outstanding, original, generous, and successful restaurants in Miami Dade.

Omg the brunch was AMAZING! The only thing we didn’t care for was the conch fritters. These are pretty good in the Bahamas but didn’t care for them here. But everything else?! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Long my favorite restaurant in Miami, the new location has had no effect on the food, but gives it extra space and a nice outdoor bar.....Lamb is amazing,
