We invite you to experience bloom, the student-run restaurant of Conestoga College’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality program.
Our full service, upscale dining room offers exquisite 3- and 4-course meals and has recently been recognized by the Wine Spectator Magazine as having one of the best restaurant wine lists in the world. Aspiring Chefs and Restaurant Managers gain real life experience applying the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom, by preparing and serving high quality food under the watchful supervision of our industry expert instructors. If you are planning on joining us by car please enter the "East Entrance" parking lot off Marsland Street. At lunch time you will require a parking pass. There will be a student standing outside the "East Entrance" door to greet you and provide you with a pass. There is no parking pass required for dinner service but you may still look forward to being greeted by one of our students who will be waiting to direct you to the dining room. Excellent service. Very good appetizers and main. Gelato spices overwhelmed the fruit flavours in the dessert. Excellent prices.

Excellent flavours, particularly salmon rice/bean starchy base, and pork tenderloin. Tenderloin was a bit dry without any jus or sauce. Would benefit with some accompanying sauce. Slaw base was beautifully cut and presented but lacking flavour. Desserts of serbet and panna cotta excellent as always.

This was the second time my husband and I had dinner here, the service and food was outstanding both times, we highly recommend going to bloom.

We had an excellent meal and experience. The food and service lived up to our expectations. From the host to our server to the food - top notch all the way. We will definitely be back and look forward to making this a regular event.

Delicious food - as always. Great drinks! The waitstaff was very attentive. Definitely one of my favorites in town.

We had a fantastic experience. The students did an amazing job. The value for the quality of food is outstanding. The relaxed ambiance was perfect for celebrating a birthday and nice conversation. Thank you very much to both the staff & students!

The food was excellent! The fixed price menu is a great idea -- simple, easy to select. The wine selection was very limited. The service was good, polite, attentive. The ambience was fresh, modern. We would highly recommend Bloom.

The food was very good and the staff was attentive. It was obvious that they were in training and their supervisor was directing them. The overall experience was very good and well worth the time and expense.

Food was better than Langdon hall, as nice or better as any high end restaurant. Delish ! Our waitress Anigha was delightful, caring, prompt and excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.
