Absolutely great. Been to Bleu many times and it is always consistently great food and great service. I had the steak and sauté spinach and it was perfect. The server remembered my drink preference. A great place with great people. The manager is always great to greet people.

Four of us celebrated two birthdays and one out of town special guest last night. Our food and service were great as always. We have dined at Bleu several times and have never been disappointed.

We loved the food quality and service. We had for appetizer the Thai vegetable spring rolls and soup of the day (tomato basil). One of the best tomatoes soup we had on a long time ago. For main entree we ordered the rack of lamb and blackened Prime Ribeye. Great choice!! The sides were a good pair for each main dish. Overall, recommend it !

Excellent brunch with the family. Wonderful she-crab soup and Thai spring rolls appetizers. Crab and shrimp Benedicts excellent except for some overcooked eggs. Great Bloody Marys and bubbles. Excellent service from staff.

Consistently good and truly one of my favorites here in Winston-Salem! The bread, the fried oysters, the crab dip, the sea scallops with risotto, and the ambiance. Great value too!

Decent service, got our food quick, steak was kind of undercooked but it wasn’t bad. the house salad was outstanding. The prices are high for what you get, and I’ve had better steaks at longhorn down the road. The sanitation score should at least be 97+ if I’m paying 100+ dollars. (They have a 90) Parking is a major issue though. There’s a tiny parking lot that belongs to Bleu and it’s bordered by a hotel and Village Tavern and they have signs posted that you will be towed if you park in village taverns parking lot.

Even with a reservation on one of the busiest day of the year, you feel rushed and forgotten. Drinks were forgotten and only brought within 30 seconds of meals being brought to the table. Other tables had bread service and we were not offered any. Overall, it’s a struggle to want to go back. They pack everyone in to handle the “holiday”. This causes issues for your staff. The bar was out of everything.

The waitress was very pleasant! Not too crazy about the food . Also, due to it being valentine day, we weren’t allowed to substitute anything.
