    We had a dinner at Black Olive with 15 family members and everything was handled flawlessly. The table setting was beautiful with fresh flowers, olives, and warm bread at our arrival. The food, service, and ambience were perfect to celebrate our daughter's upcoming wedding!

    A friend recommended this restaurant . What a fabulous experience! Everything was perfect. Our beautiful waitress from East Africa to the Parisian Sommelier could not have been more attentive and accommodating. You can’t go to Baltimore and not have a crab cake. And Black Olive’s did not disappoint. I had the scallops which were perfection. My friend had the calamari and lived it too. They have a full bar and the bartender was also quite accommodating. Black Olive was a wonderful experience. If you’re ever in Baltimore don’t miss this restaurant.

    I was really disappointed with the food. We first ordered an appetizer (stuffed calamari). This thing was like a balloon and exploded all over the table. I ordered the filet which should have no fat and it was very gristly. Service was great.

    We really enjoyed the variety of Greek foods, outstanding service, and tour of the Wine Cellar. Our server, Janine, was especially welcoming and very informative about the variety of foods and wine we ordered. The Greek wine selection was great. We had an old vine and new vine. All the incoming staff were very friendly and welcoming! We plan to return and hope to bring friends for a dinner in the wine cellar.
