Dine in our private wine cellar in complete privacy. Serving 6-8 guests our cellar built with 200 year old original bricks houses our award winning wine collection. Your party will have the cellar for the entire evening and can book hard to get times. The Fee for reserving the cellar is 150$ and arrangements for prix fixe or wine pairing options are available with advanced notice.

The Santorini VS Burgundy - Blind Tasting on June 26 was delightful! The food was excellent; the wine selections were impressive; and our waiter, Marchaum (apologies if misspelled), was extremely efficient and personable. The owner Dimitris and sommelier Alain were outstanding hosts. Both were extremely knowledgeable and informative when presenting the wines, which made the evening entertaining and educational. We will definitely return to dine and look forward to the next wine tasting!

Extensive menu and excellent food. The sommelier chose a delightful Greek white wine to many our seafood dinner, highly recommended.

The first time at the Black Olive for my wife and I and it was awesome. From the staff greeting us, our server, and the food most importantly, we could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to everyone at Black Olive, especially the employees you don't get to see that are preparing the food. Bravo!

Were we being punked? The WORST service ever experienced anywhere. It would take more than 2000 characters but here are the 'highlights'. Starting with the waitress who took one diner's drink & meal order then left. It's a very small place (maybe seats 25). We had to call her back & she seemed surprised the other 2 diners wanted to order too. Ordered 2 very common cocktails & she came back twice to ask very odd questions. 2 of our 3 meal orders were wrong. One they got wrong 2 more times. It was straight off the menu so nothing special. The owner & other waiter came to apologize & help but to no avail. It was an hour by the time we got the 3rd meal. After bringing the first 2 orders, no one came by, our empty cocktail glasses & finished appetizer remained on the table, water glasses empty. The other 2 diners had eaten as slowly as possible but were finished. Finally the 3rd meal arrived. About 3 bites in, the waiter started clearing the entire table including the salt & pepper! Was afraid he was going to change our table cloth! Guess he thought the 3rd diner should be done, so they 'gave up' their barely touched plate. After another long wait without an offer of dessert or coffee, had to track down the waiter for our check. Not surprising - it was wrong! While not as bad as ours, did notice another table was having issues with their orders. Food was ok but nothing special. Hindsight should have left after the drink order.

A really fantastic meal at one of their outdoor tables. A server that was fun but didn’t hover. Freshest salad I’ve had in months and sardines in grape leaves we will continue to rave about. The baklava was surprisingly so so but the evening was one to savor.

We keep trying other (newer) restaurants but why? This place has never failed us! The octopus, the fish, the service. It’s NEVER failed us. It’s amazing every single time, no matter what
