Reservation was not kept and food was mediocre. Steaks were super bland and unseasoned. We go here a lot but this time was awful

Our service was great. Food came out hot and tasty. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I made the reservation for a anniversary and decided to 4 x Celebration Package upgrade which included ballons, card and cowboy cookie. We arrived and no ballons or card on table. 3 of the 4 orders were made wrong. Service was poor as it took 20 minutes or until entrees started to come out to get a refill. My pepsi reill came out as a club soda. So that make 4 mistakes not including the upgraded experience I was expecting. I asked for the manager and asked her what the problem was. She had no idea and offered a free dessert to take home since we already ordered and ate our dessert. I told her no thank you and I would leave my review about my experienceand she can explain herself to her boss. Black Angus Whittier is the worst.

Had a reservation, got there a little early, and was seated in less than 10 minutes. Service and food was very good

I have NEVER had a bad experience at my Whittier Black Angus… Food is delicious & prepared perfectly, service is impeccable.

It was the slowest service I have ever experienced. It was very evident that they were under staffed. My party was very patient and didn’t complain but it was a painful long wait. From the start when I came into the restaurant. The host was not pleasant. Acted like he had better things to do than serve us. We had a reservation and we still waited 45 minutes. The staff didn’t know whose table was attended too. We had three staff members asked if we were served since we still didil not get water another 45 mins later. A two hour dinner turned into 4 hours. I most likely won’t be coming back because this happened this last time I came and the other time I came.

We were seated exactly at our reservation time. Excellent server, attentive, brought our ordered items out promptly, hot and got orders right! The food was cooked as orders, delicious, and we all enjoyed the meal. In fact, we have never had food we did not like at this location.
