    Poor service, poor quality....a night to forget. Our 7:00PM reservation meant nothing as we were told they have too many reservations as the on line system and the phone in's overbook. Wait was over 30 minutes. Bad start. So, we reluctantly took seats at bar. Bartender was badly overworked and service was slow. Here is what went wrong with dinner: Calamari over cooked.....too hard, mostly breading, didn't finish it. Wife's order of ribs... after 7 minutes, "sorry we are out", so she ordered something else. That pushed both dinners back, and I could tell, mine waited under a heat lamp. My salad never arrived until after the entre when I asked the server to check. Way too late. My mac and cheese, at best slightly warm...again I suspect it sat and waited for my wife's dinner to be ready. Rib eye....for a steak house, poor quality. Type of steak you cut into small pieces because it's too tough for normal size. Bartender badly overworked serving the entire restaurant alone. I suspect kitchen understaffed as well. She was pleasant but totally uninvolved in our dinner. Let's summarize: would you go back if, 1, bad reservation system, 2, ran out of basic item and took 7-8 minutes to discover, 3, never got salad before entre; 4, luke warm mac and cheese, mediocre steak at a steak house. Yeah, I think we'll look for a different steak house in the future as well.

    Had a reservation but we waited a half hour for our table anyway. Did manage to get one glass of wine the whole time we were seated. The waitress was nice but had lots of tables to take care of. Food was ok, hubby’s potatoes were cold.

    Food was good. Very light on the mushrooms and onions that I ordered as sides to my steak. Must have been running low. The salad was okay, French fries were pretty limp.

    Ordered a Tomahawk steak with almost none to none seasoning in it, dry, tasted like cheap walmart meat, sides with it like brocoly with butter tasted plaid, got only a few side fries for a plate that is meant for two, dissappointed on how i didnt get something based on what i ended up paying.

    The only criticism I have is the wait time for our table. Reservations were for 715 and we didn’t get our table till 800 pm

    we had a reservation for 5:30. we were finally seated at 6:15. when we checked in i was told there was 10 (I assume she meant tables) ahead of us. They seated a lot of people. After 20 min I checked again and was told there were 6 ahead of us. They need to revamp the way they seat people.

    Reservation at 4:30. Sat there looking at your sign RESERVATION CALL AHEAD SEATING We were not seated until 5:07 Everything was great except for the cow bell and three balloons which might have cost you $2.50 and you charged us $10 for. Makes me think there always a place for corporate greed!!!!! Thank you William Burke

    We all had New York strip steak, rare to medium rare. Excellent steak with great flavor.
