Steak soup is very good, but my wife only got half a bowl. The bread was stale. The New York steak was very good and cooked correctly. My wife’s prime rib was very good too.

Husband and I eat at Black Angus at least once a week and appreciate their good food. We normally both get filet mignon but on this visit I ordered a porterhouse steak which was my mistake. The steak knife was no match for the toughest piece of meat that I have EVER had during my lifetime. It was full of gristle, difficult to cut with a serrated steak knife and was very chewy making it difficult to eat and enjoy. I brought home 3/4s of it to give to my neighbor's dog. The only reason I did not mention my dissatisfaction with manager is because we were taking advantage of a BOGO special and really didn't pay for the steak. Lesson learned, go with what you know to avoid disappointment.

We love Black Angus, but this visit wasn't up to their usual standards. Good food but poor service.

Normal we have a good meal here but this time they COULD NOT get the steak cooked right. The tried 3 times and it was still wrong. The manager even said he didn’t know what was going on. Bad experience this time but we’ll try again.
