It was over all a great experience. One little issue with a steak that needed a little more cook on it . That’s the first time it’s ever happened. Not a deal breaker.Otherwise perfect.

Black Angus in Lancaster was my Dad's favorite restaurant. Our family celebrated special occasions which included all of our birthdays -- he relished the juicy succulent steaks especially when it was in honor of his birthday. Dad passed away many years ago but our family continues to celebrate his birthday at Black Angus. We begin with the Wagon Wheel sampler -- large and varied enough to satisfy all our tastes. Then the steaks -- cooked perfectly, fall-off-the-bone ribs -- Mom's favorite so she orders the full rack, and salmon -- my favorite which I order medium-rare for extra tenderness. Black Angus prepares healthy servings so we ask for go-boxes. Of course, in addition to the tasty, fabulous appetizers and entrees, there's a good selection of side dishes and then the Cowboy Cookie a la mode -- except on Dad's birthday when the staff lets us bring a small cake to commemorate this important event. The Cowboy Cookie (my opinion, the best on their dessert menu) is also packed to go. We dine between 3p and 5p so the restaurant is quiet and the staff, despite this timeframe being their shift change, is always attentive and makes us feel treasured. From the managers, who can be seen to bus trays to keep tables ready for next guests, to bus staff who clear the tables impeccably, to waitstaff who are efficient yet friendly and personable, Black Angus Lancaster continues to be our 'go-to' restaurant! Thank you Black Angus Lancaster!

Rachael our server was fantastic. She had about 8 tables and still did a great job. She deserves praise on her service. Carol the manager runs a great restaurant!

Waitress said my card was expired, even though it wasn’t. I told her to run it again which she did and it worked just fine. Then she said maybe it was locked when it absolutely wasn’t. When she could have just said she ran it wrong. Dana was her name

Ashley is hand down one of the best server's at any restaurant. Only reason we come here is for the service.

The Black Angus restaurant in Lancaster, CA delighted us again. It was one of those "we deserve a break today plus let's have someone do the cooking and cleaning so we can concentrate on socializing" day. We headed to Black Angus for a 4p reservation -- that sweet spot time of day when the restaurant is quiet, chatting with our waitperson is unhurried, and conversation is leisurely and fulfilling. We ordered our favorite which, in our opinion, is a best value -- the 3-course Campfire Feast for two. Mom ordered her favorite entree, the full rack of fall-off-the-bone-tender ribs (consistently earns an A+), mine the succulent salmon (A), ordered medium-rare. The generous servings of shared appetizer (our must-have Wagonwheel Sampler (A), a meal in itself), entree with two sides, and shared dessert (the cowboy cookie is THE BEST deserving of an A+) require three delicious go boxes to enjoy the next day -- minimal microwaving, no fuss, same outstanding mouthwatering meal. Ambiance at this time of day at the Black Angus is thoroughly enjoyable, the high-back booths are comfortable, the wait and bus staff is ALWAYS solicitous, caring, and efficient, and 'a good time was had by all.' We've dined at BA for 15+ years and with slight hiccups, i.e., COVID, this restaurant continues to be outstanding. Thank you Black Angus!

Filet steak was overcooked and was sent back for replacement. After waiting a long time while my guests ate received another Filet steak that was overcooked and not eatable.
