    It took us 1.5 hours just to receive our food. When the food came they still forgot to bring out dishes. I didn’t even include the additional dishes in the 1.5 hours. Sad part was it wasn’t even busy. My reservation was for 2:30pmnon a Sunday.

    WAITED FOR SEATING AND THERE WERE PEOPE THAT CAME IN AFTER US AND WERE SEATED BEFORE US? THE SERVER WAS EXCELLENT , THE CHICKEN /RIBS , THE CHICKEN WAS VERY THIN ALMOST LIKE PAPER AND THE RIBS WERE THICK AND GOOD. I PREFER NO SAUSE ON THE RIBS BUT I COULDNT GET THAT WAY. I ORDERED POTATO SOUP AND THERE WAS NO POTATO PIECES IN THE SOUP ?(NONE?), THE PLATTER WAS HAVE SIZE, IN THE OLD DAYS IT WAS 4 PIECES OF EACH ON THE PLATTER AND WE GOT 2 OF EACH? I KNOW THE PRICES ARE GOING UP BECAUSE OF COST, BUT I WONT BE COMING BACK IF THIS THE WAY OF BLACK ANGUS ACTS? ALSO IN THE OLD DAYS THE DRINKS CAME IN A 20 OZ TUMBLER AND NOW IT TOO IS HALF SIZE, I COULD STAY HOME , AND MAKE MORE , WHICH I THING IS WHAT WERE GOING TO DO!!!!!!!!!! MY WIFE ORDERED SIRLOIN STEAK IT WASNT EVEN 6 OZ, MORE LIKE A HAMBURGER BUN?THE ONLY THING IN THE MENU WAS HER SALAD VERY BIG, BUT ONLY ONE DRESSING PER CUSTOMER?ONE PER CUSTOMER , REALLY ?, SERVER SAID HOUSE RULES, ? WEIRD? ASKED THE MGR, HIMSELF, SAME FROM HIM TOO.?ONE PER CUSTOMER. AND I HAD A COUPON WHICH WAS TO BE 49.00 AND INSTEAD WAS ONLY 10.00 OFF 59.00 / FOR THE DESSERT ICE CREAM CAKE, AND 1 TINY CUP OF FUDGE SYRUP? NO YOU CAN HAVE THE BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE FOR OTHERS THAT DONT CARE, BUT I SORRY ITS NOT GOOD AT ALL. FOR ICE TEA NOT ALL THE TABLES HAD SUGAR OR SWEET AND LOW FOUND ONE AT THE END OF THE TABLE NEXT TO THE KITCHEN ONLY ONE? I MENTIONED TO A BLACK COUPLE NEXT TO ME , AND EVEN THEY SAID NEVER AGAIN, LAST TIME!!!!!!!!!!

    Just there at the wrong time. There was a very large group having some sort of party or something. They were just too loud and noisy. Was very distracting. The food was okay and the onion rings were great. Service was fair. Received a $10 off coupon from attending a Lakewood Block Party from a worker I guess from Black Angus. When I displayed the coupon before sitting down and before eating, both times the workers seemed puzzled by it. The coupon said token of appreciation for joining us at the block party but even after reading it the employees including the manager seemed puzzled. All well I got the discount. I would recommend eating at Black Angus I just went on a really off night.

    Nice environment for families. Service was fast and polite. Waiters checked on us often to ensure of our satisfaction. Food was good and fresh. Bathrooms were clean and parking was easy to find.
