I made a reservation at 6:15pm was waiting over an hour just to get a table then I was waiting a while for my food and was disappointed because I wanted to get the Bone-In Rib Eye and the Buffalo tenders but the menu was limited so overall it wasn’t up to my standards and was really disappointed

Dinner was not a good experience. Restaurant was way overbooked. Those with reservations had to wait aproximately 1-2 hours beyond their reservation time. What is the point of a reservation if you can't honor it? When we did get our orders, the dishes arrived suspiciously quick...and as it turns out, 2 of the 3 dishes had meat that was practically raw. Even the waiter agreed that the dinner was barely cooked. Fortunately the server was very friendly and apologetic. Management definitely needs to fix this model, because this was not a pleasant experience. I don't think I will be returning to this establishment.

We had reservations for 5 pm, we showed up 20 minutes early, they were behind. Forty five minutes later we were seated. Waiter took our order 20 minutes after that. The food was good although my daughters steak was overcooked. We didn't complain because it was so busy we didnt want to wait any longer. It seemed they didn't have enough waiters/waitresses working on Thanksgiving day.

We had got there a little early from our reservation and had to wait over a hour before getting seated, only plus side was our reservation was for bar since that was was offered left they ended up seating us in dining room. For drinks my husband ordered coffee me ice tea, the coffee was extremely strong and had to be replaced. Ordered the two lobster tails meal his with baked potato mine with Mac n cheese. The lobsters were small but tasty, Mac n cheese was good could have been cheesier, I had a slice of pumpkin pie it was delicious! All and all great service including manager visiting table and good food.

It was Thanksgiving Day and we had a reservation but didn’t get seated until a half hour later. They were very busy because of the holiday which is to be expected! Our server Carlos was AWESOME ♥️

Our party of 14 family members and 2 longtime friends were treated to a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner experience. The food, service, and pricing was great! A great time was had by all❣️

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. There was a great deal of mediocre room temperature turkey breast however there was very little stuffing hidden under the turkey. There was a lot of mashed potatoes but very little gravy. When I ask for extra gravy they brought one of the very small metal cups that they serve butter with the bread. It was less than 2 tablespoons of gravy for three people. They rushed us through our meal saying that our waiter had a large party that he needed to tend to. We came out to have Thanksgiving with family, not to be rushed through our dinner. That was very disappointing. Spending over $200 for three people and being rushed out of a restaurant was not appropriate. I thought about not having a commissary Thanksgiving dinner but gave them the benefit of the doubt. If I had it to do over again I would have had the lobster tail. All in all between the service and the food I would rank this experience a 2 star maybe stretching it to 2 1/2.

Had Thanksgiving dinner at black Angus, it was a party at three. All three of us were extremely happy with the value of our dinners. Quality of food was outstanding, would highly recommend. I/we will be looking forward to visiting again. Keep up the good work team at Black Angus. 👍😉
