Steak was tough & chewy Derive was slow. The waitress was more concerned about doing her side jobs at the end of her shift than waiting on us. Our seats were dirty when we sat down & the table had food crumbs on it from whoever sat there before us. It was gross.

I’ve been coming to this particular location for years and the reason I stopped was because the food was hit and miss. I decided to give it a try for my Anniversary with my friends only to find out that they got worse. The service was acceptable courteous the food was not prepared our specification, either overcooked or undercooked and grilled shrimp plate was burned on all the tails,dry since was small 36-40 size . The server never came to ask how the food was and when he did, it was too late 15-20 minutes later. There was no excuse since we had the reservation at 5 PM and by the time the food came It was 5:30 and absolutely no people and there’s no excuse to mess up the food order . When I made a reservation, I specifically said that was anniversary dinner not even a scoop of ice cream was offered it’s OK I’m not looking any thing for nothing. Older days the general manager used to come to the table and ask how was your experience nowadays no manager in sight !!MIA My opinion, this particular location has gone from bad to worst !!!

Always a pleasure to dine at Black Angus. Staff is polite and responsive. Value is good and food always delicious.

Our server Kevin was the nicest . Drink refills on time , constantly checking in on us if anything else was needed. Made the dining experience that much more enjoyable. Great service and attention to detail .

Everything was as we expected, except the twice baked potatoes. The half potato we received was smaller than the typical baked potato and the garnish was less than we would get on a loaded baked potato with twice the potato. If these are going to be offered at a premium, they should be twice as large to warrant the added price.

Once again manager, Eric was not on duty so the service lacked, we like the food here so we keep coming back, but it’s just a different experience when manager Eric is not on duty

The food was adequate but not great. The salmon was over cooked but did have a nice flavor. The ribs and chicken were also dry. The house salads were good.

Our meal, Ribeye and Lobster Tails, was excellent. Perfectly grilled steak and steamed lobster with great sides. But most importantly, the service we received from Kevin was over the top. Attentive without being annoying, friendly, accommodating, good suggestions and knowledge of the menu - a true professional in every good sense of the word.
