Had a 6:15 reservation was finally seated at 7:45. Will never go there again. Everyone with a reservation waited at least 45 minutes to an hour to be seated. Ridiculous!

We had a reservation for 6 pm. They told us the wait was going to be ab hour. We had 2 senior citizens with us 82 years old. They couldbt wait an hour because they were hungry. Im guessing you guys dont honor reservations. You guys get an F.

1 hour and 25 min wait WITH the reservation. The restaurant was overbooked. Totally ridiculous!

We waited three hours even though we had reservations, after waiting to get in we left since they also said that it would take about hour or two hours to get served. This was terribly organized, management should have had a certain amount of tables per hour and cut it off at 6pm. There were hundreds of people waiting and it was incredibly crowed all around the restaurant. We ended up going home to bed without a Thanksgiving dinner.

I believe this restaurant isn't sure how to set a limit on its reservations. Hoping they work this out soon.

Seated an hour after my appointment, despite arriving on time. Once seated, ignored by my server for another 25 minutes. Prime rib I ordered arrived without au jus or horseradish. I ordered medium well, meat was blackened on the outside and medium rare inside. I didn’t get the soft drink I ordered until I managed to flag down a busboy 15 minutes after my food arrived. This sort of miserable experience is the sort of thing that makes me boycott not just a single location, but an entire chain.

We have been coming to Thanksgiving dinner for years. This year we had to wait ONE HOUR to be seated even with reservations. Parking lot was FULL and I had to find street parking over a block away. What made it so miserable was that my mother was in a wheelchair and my dad, who has a bad back, had to stand the entire time. It absolutely felt like they overbooked their reservations and the customers had to suffer the inconvenience. The food was decent enough but not so good that all if this was worth it. I doubt we will be back next year.

The restaurant was overbooked for Thanksgiving. With a reservation, it still took an hour. The waitress didn't bring any bread or offer a reason for no bread. She didn't write order down, so she mixed up a side dish for my brother. Food was good, but nothing special. The cranberry sauce was an afterthought, barely on the plate for everyone that ordered it.

I booked a table on today Thanksgiving, I made reservations. I had to wait for almost an hour for a table. They were seating people without reservations before me even though I arrived on time. I feel this was very unfair! If I book a table at restaurant I expect to not have to wait for almost an hour to be seated. The ladies at the check in counter were very slow and unorganized. Not a good holiday experience. This place has always been great but not sure I will go back on a holiday. They just do not have the capabilities to do a good job for the crowed like there was today.
