The food is always good. We do have to take advantage of the BOGO deals as we are on a limit budget.

Staff was great, steaks were thin and not cooked properly. My wife sent hers back to the kitchen. My diamond cut of prime rib was the driest piece of meat. The staff hooked up my son and wife for their birthdays which was great

Had to wait for a table despite having a reservation. Service was a little on the slow side. Both my wife and I had the steak-lobster-shrimp trio. My food was good but my wife steak was very poor. Very tough and full of grizzle. Mentioned it to the service and they said they would tell the cook. Overall, the last three visits to BA were sub-par.

If you have any problems with food not being delivered right or slow service,and or being squeezed into a small booth contact manager,and l assure you he will make everything right for you.

This was a really good Experience! The food was REALLY good and the drinks were so so tasty! The service was stellar!

I thought I would partake of the BOGO deal but I was told by our server that the promotion ended on July 11th! Oh well, se la vie! So we proceeded to order the Campfire Feast… Everything was going smoothly until I took the third bite of my steak— Grisle Galore and basically inedible and had to send it back! However when the replacement steak was delivered, I had already devoured the rest of our appetizer. Hopefully, I could get an actual edible steak on our next visit (maybe).

Dinner reservations for 3 at 6:30pm. Server was great, but orders were wrong for 2 of the three meals. Wife ordered fillet mignon and twin lobster tails. What was brought to our table was her filet with lobster cut up into pieces and served on top of the steak. Daughter’s side dishes were wrong as well. With the price of food nowadays I would at least expect to receive what we paid for. Server was friendly.

David was our waiter. He was welcoming, friendly, took our order correctly & attentive. We went in to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. His mom, sister & our daughter & son joined us. My husband and sister ordered the prime rib because that’s their favorite cut. Unfortunately it was not good. It was not cooked correctly, most of it was fatty, and, that night they got really sick from eating a third of it. My mother in law tried some of the meat because she was sitting next to them, and she also got sick from it. We’ve eaten here before & we were very disappointed with what was served. The dish our kids & I had were fine, however the asparagus & Brussels sprouts were very hard & not tasty. We did let our waiter know. He agreed once he saw their prime rib. He offered to recook their food but at that point everyone’s appetite was gone.
