The food is always incredible- both the menu and the huge selection of specials, constantly rotating from an inventive chef. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every minute of your experience is impeccable. The tables are always full with regulars who come back for the great food and a relaxed, never rushed meal.

Been hearing about BiVio from friends forever. Finally made it last night and now I’m sorry it took so long to go. Our meal was outstanding. Clams Casino, artichokes, and the stuffed portobello appetizers were outstanding. For mains we had the raspberry duck (amazing), fettuccine carbonara, bolognese and the nightly special branzino. All prepared to perfection. The cassmigos cosmopolitan was good enough to have seconds. And I can’t forget our server, Ashley. She was there whenever needed. We’ll be back soon.

Bivio is a true neighborhood gem. The food and service are always excellent. The staff are warm and welcoming. It has become our go-to restaurant for years now. Sadly we are moving away from Long Island and this is one of the things we are going to truly miss.

This was a terrible experience overall. I made a reservation for 2 at 7pm on a Saturday night. Arrived a few minutes early and was seated. A waiter can over quickly and asked if we wanted to order a drink. From there it went downhill. We placed an order for appetizers, a salad and our main course and a side dish. The salads arrived within a few minutes. Then we had to wait for 1 and 1/2 hours for our main course and side dish. We were ignored, and there was no one coming to our table. It was like we were invisible. There was no busboy or server asking if we wanted water, more bread or even another drink. From what we could tell, there was no excuse for the delay of our dinner. Finally, we got the attention of the person taking payments (next to our table) and asked for our meal. He acted surprised…”Oh, sure, let me get it”. My husband liked his dish, mine was over cooked, maybe it sat too long under the heat lamp. It was inedible. The side dish, a pasta, was drowning in sauce and it was not hot, mildly warm. We couldn’t wait to leave this restaurant. It wasn’t crowded, there were no people waiting for a table, there was no good reason to have been ignored the way we were. Needless to say, we will never return.

Service is excellent but food takes awhile to come out. Food is delicious and prices are reasonable I guess. Would love them to offer a side salad with dinner. Would make it a better value.

Awful! We waited almost 2.5 hours for our apps and dinner then an hour after. The waiter looks like he should be in a rest home he’s hunched over and spilling everything. The food was not worth the wait! This is not the first time we have come here a lot in the years we have lived in the area and it’s steadily gotten worse. Never again!

The service was good, not too busy when we went at 5:30 on Sunday. Our meals were very good although my husband and son ordered the chicken scarpariello and it had a good amount of chicken that had bones, skin and pieces you couldn’t eat. They both said it was tasty though and the portion was good. Maybe it’s just how they make it.

I ordered local sea bass which was excellent! It was served with risotto, mussels & shrimp in a light sauce. I also had the burrata which was creamy alongside delicious prosciutto & tomato. Our server Frank did an excellent job waiting on our table. Kudos to the chef & the rest of the staff!

First time there and it won’t be our last. Family owned and operated and the family is so nice and friendly. Fresh ingredients and we loved our apoetizers which was burrata and prosciutto, the eggplant tower and clams. So many entrees to choose from plus specials. We made it to dessert and had cappuccino and espresso! From start to finish the service and food was spectacular
