Authentic French restaurants are few and far between these days but Bistro Pierre delivers in true Gallic style. You’ll find this vibrant, inner-city eaterie in the heart of Liverpool’s Cavern Quarter near the world famous Mathew Street, in an old warehouse building which with its wooden floors and exposed brickwork has readily transformed itself into a rustic French bistro. Service is relaxed, warm and friendly.

A beautiful venue, truly felt as if we were in a French bistro in the south of France. Fantastic food and service. Highly recommended.

Sadly it's changed hands. I've been coming for many years. Garlic bread with soup! Delays in serving, not the same quality and 10% surcharge on top. I sensed a change immediately it was very quiet for a Saturday afternoon. I won't be returning.

Could sincerely say that was the best meal I have ever had. From the friendly service to the food that was sublime. We had server called Bea who treated us like family and made our anniversary special, will be booking again as soon as we can.

Visited the restaurant many times and always satisfied with the food and the staff. Lovely place to spend your evening. Reasonable prices also.

Lovely welcome when we entered the restaurant. Staff very attentive & friendly. Food fabulous as always. Always enjoy our visit to this restaurant.

Have been to bistro pierre many times over the years and didn't know had new owners. Food was now very average French fries and not home made chips £4 was added for still water and £9 was added for service charge. As we are now pensioner's will not be returning as too expensive which is a shame as it was one of our favourite French restaurants.

Bistro Pierre offered a good choice of food , reasonably priced with excellent service. The atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant was excellent too. Warm , music not too loud, attentive staff. Our food was very tasty. Perhaps one extra vegetarian dish could be offered. Overall , a very goog evening and highly recommended.
