Authentic French restaurants are few and far between these days but Bistro Pierre delivers in true Gallic style. You’ll find this vibrant, inner-city eaterie in the heart of Liverpool’s Cavern Quarter near the world famous Mathew Street, in an old warehouse building which with its wooden floors and exposed brickwork has readily transformed itself into a rustic French bistro. Service is relaxed, warm and friendly.

Had an unforgettable dining experience at Pierre Bistro in Liverpool! 🍽️ The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the dessert, it was a culinary delight! 🍷✨ But what truly made the night special was the incredible service. Our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured everything was just right. Super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu—couldn’t have asked for better! 👏 Highly recommend Pierre Bistro for anyone looking for an exceptional meal in Liverpool

Food delicious and our waitress was brilliant. Shame about the loud music and vibration coming up from downstairs bar. Loved the restaurant though.

The food is excellent, as is the wine, together with other drinks and beverages. The service is second to none. This is a Bistro that I've been coming to for many years and following a recent change of personnel, it has gone from strength to strength. Having dallied with other city centre venues over the past few months, this has once again become my 'go to' restaurant. Congratulations to all who have contributed to what I've come to know as a thoroughly enjoyable 'eating out' experience!

After visiting The Cavern Club in Liverpool we looked online to find somewhere nearby to eat. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and when we saw Bistro Pierre was only a 2 minute walk away would thought that was perfect. The entrance is up a flight of stairs but once at the top the French ambience was immediate. Such a lovely little restaurant. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The French onion soup and moule we had for starters were perfect. For main I had the pork belly which was amazing. My husband had the Boeuf Borguinon. He said it tasted lovely but not enough red wine and looked quite pale. Luke brought us a complimentary glass of Prosecco as we as we were celebrating our anniversary. We finished of with a shared crème brûlée which was homemade and gorgeous. Absolutely loved it here. Will definitely be back when returning to Liverpool

Lovely independent restaurant fabulous food one thing I would have liked is cushions on the chairs wooden seats aren’t the most comfortable
