We had bar staff taking our order which meant they weren’t knowledgeable of the food menu. She couldn’t assist me with the question I had on the skillet, she was kind enough to go back and ask someone but forgot to ask me how I wanted my eggs so they came out, not how I like them. We had a wait for our food to come out due to low kitchen staff. They brought my husband out the wrong drink. I expected more from such an establishment. When I complained to the waitress who came to take our bill she was kind enough to give us $10 off, better than nothing I guess.

Not a good one at all. The cook did not make a simple omelette twice . Forgot the main ingredients. Had the waffle tower... looked like an entree for a 3 year old .... waffles were hard and not fresh .

Vanelie was an amazing server. Food was very fresh, hot and extremely tasteful. Highly recommend going there.

I ordered something I had ordered many times before and not only was it prepared poorly and it was missing the sauces it usually had and was poorly prepared over cooked . Poor explanation when I asked for the sauces I was given a totally different sauce. Poor attitude Poor representation .should have sent it back but I usually don't

I went here for dinner last year and I loved it. Decided to come back for brunch and didn't have the best experience. It was party of 6, 3 kids and 3 adults. One adult asked for no onions in their food but there were onions. We ordered lemonade at the beginning, got our food, and still no lemonade - waiter said he forgot about it when we reminded him. 5 out of 6 people received their food together -- the last person only ordered fries.. it came out by the time everyone finished eating. The server did express that they were short staff but I was still disappointed cause we were there for a birthday celebration.

Very slow service. Dirty bathrooms. Elevator broken. Ordered a passion fruit cocktail and it tasted like a basic margarita. This place was much better several years ago when it opened. Definitely has gone downhill.

Soda we ordered did come until after the meal, after additional asking. Waygu burger tasted great, but was missing toppings like bacon and fried egg, for a $22 burger you would think would make it correct. Manager said she would make it right, but never did. Took 20 minutes to get ketchup, and had to ask 3 different people for it. Ordered the white chocolate raspberry cake for my daughter’s birthday dessert and the raspberry filling was filled with mold. The server alluded to this being an ongoing issue, yet they still serve it. The only part they fixed was removing the cake from the bill.
