Excellent service lovely friendly staff Tash and Frankie went above and beyond with their help we were really impressed they helped get a taxi for my friend who has mobility problems and when we went to leave a tip pointed out theee was a service charge which was very honest the food was excellent beautifully cooked and presented and good value Can’t wait to go back again

Been going to this restaurant for 30 years and shocked at the increase in price, they used to have a two course lunch menu for £12, including veg. I understand hospitality is struggling but unfortunately the price has doubled so l won't be booking again 😕

We really enjoyed our lovely date night in Liverpool. After having read the great reviews online we were eager to book a table and experience all Bistro Franc had to offer. It did not disappoint. From the outset Tasha our server took care of us, assigning us a lovely spacious table by the window and answered any questions I had about my egg allergies with no hesitation, giving me a big boost of confidence in ordering foods safe for me. We enjoyed four of the petits plats with two sides. Stand out small plate is definitely the chorizo for us. We got the thick cut chips and fried potato’s with cheese and mayo on the side for sides. Both lovely although the thick chips were a relatively small portion. This didn’t end up being an issue because we were full from the rest of the dishes and a few nibbles before that it was the perfect amount. Drinks were fantastic with great variety of cocktails and a lovely wine menu. The Syrah was a delicious bottle of wine! Looking forward to returning when we are next in town visiting. Thanks Tasha!!

When we visit Liverpool, we always head to Bistro Franc as it never disappoints! The food was superb as usual. I ordered a steak and salad, it came exactly to order, Tasha even asked the chef to let it rest a little longer for me so it was delivered to our table exactly how I wanted it. I couldn’t have asked for more. Tasha greeted us with her lovely smile and chatty Scouse humour and kept popping over to the table to make sure we had everything that we needed, without being too pushy. She explained the new petit plats on offer, my cousin chose the cod and peas and also the pate with a side of frites, they were not small plates, the portion sizes were very good! Observing Tasha during our meal we noticed that every table she served they all received the same high standard of service, she is an absolute asset to the company! We will definitely return to Bistro Franc.

Great food, great team led by Tash who has improved the restaurant 100%. Waiter Hugo was very attentive and polite. What’s been done to the menu choices is excellent. Fantastic night out with the family. Will be back soon

Excellent service. Staff went above and beyond and catered to our daughter’s individual taste and requirement’s beyond the menus. Lovely decor and ambience.
