One of our favorite places for lunch. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. Our waiter suggested the roast chicken on my Ceasar salad. It was wonderful! The meat was moist and the skin crispy.

Our meals were superior to those we’ve experienced in French restaurants in much larger cities of world. Excellent bouillabaisse, steak & moules frites. Very accommodating chef, unexpectedly good wine list, excellent service (Yay Rosie!). We came here from the DC area but we’ll definitely be back.

we have eaten at Bistro Barberet many times and it is our "go-to" for special occasions. We have never been disappointed. This time we opted to try their Saturday Brunch and it was exceptional. The Norway Benedict was particularly nice for brunch and the deserts are phenomenal. Cannot rate this restaurant highly enough for food and service. Not such a high rating for ambience, though it is still very pleasant. Also, like most things nowadays, it's getting quite expensive, but that's the same with any restaurants now. I'm finding that wine and drinks are getting prohibitive. 20-years ago most restaurants raised prices for wine around 2.5-times the purchase price. Now it seems more like 3-times. Wines by the glass must be about 3.5-times. This is not a reflection on Bistro Barberet but on the restaurant industry as a whole

Had for the first time the new steak sandwich. This was sooo delicious. Fresh baguette, tender and juicy steak strips with a beef jus & caramelized onions… this was one of the best sandwich I ever had and this was not the last one for sure. Ended my meal with the brioche sucrée … warm, fresh and buttery! Thank you for this consistency … always a great pleasure to eat with you Bistro Barberet. See you soon 🥂

Salmón wasn’t worth it. And it wasn’t really good as well as the steak. Fries were good and mac and cheese was ok
