Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, U.S.D.A. PRIME ONLY, STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections.. Our Italian Selections are all made in house, from scratch'.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.

Fantastic dining experience, surprised my wife for our 10 year anniversary and Bistro 90 did not disappoint. We had a lovely time and absolutely loved the atmosphere. For anyone looking for a great restaurant for special occasions or any occasion. Bistro 90 is the place!!

One of the best steakhouses in the Grand Strand. Food was amazing (great ribeye and my wife had the sea bass special), drinks were great, and the service from Luciano was perfect.

My partner and I had an incredible dinner, Luciano, our server, made the experience even better. We shared the long bone tomahawk ribeye, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Luciano was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations that made our meal unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to have him as your server, you're in for a great night!

We took our 10 year old granddaughter to an early birthday dinner, her first at a real nice restaurant. We started our dinner with their burrata salad and crab cocktail, both amazing. Our daughter had the 8oz filet mignon, she ate the whole thing. Loved it. I had Chilean sea bass of the day, of course it was perfectly done. My husband had wagyu strip steak, he was a little disappointed. We all had dessert, my husband and crème brûlée and my granddaughter had key lime pie. All desserts were delicious. Always love dining here, yes, it’s pricey; however don’t we deserve it once it once in a while.
