We started off with the fried calamari app and it was like butter not rubbery like other places. Then we had 2 rib eye steaks. The steaks were cooked to perfection medium rare and medium well. Ive been to many 5 star steak houses that didnt have the quality that these steaks had.

Everything pretty good. No Complaints on meals appetizers or desserts. Service was 4.5 Out of 5. Server not attentive enough MIA for 10 to 15 minutes. We had to ask her for beverage refills. Other than that Great!

Honestly the food was good when I got it. Apparently the kitchen sent my steak to another table (at least that is what I was told). I understand that things happen but I had to wait another 30 minutes for my steak. So I had half of my dinner at one time and the other half later. They did offer a drink discount but I didn’t have an issue with the drinks, I had an issue with the steak. I feel that the restaurant should have had done more on the steak side than the drink side. The waiter was pretty much non existent. I believe that they came to our table maybe 4 times in the hour and a half that we were there. Would I go back? I probably would just going to make sure that they don’t forget all of my meal!

Excellent crispy calamari. Chicken under a brick was good. Sweet pea risotto was too salty but did have a good flavor. Filet was good as always.

Service and the food was outstanding. The waiter was on top of his game attending the tables constantly.

Everything at this restaurant was A #1. An absolutely beautiful dining experience from the service to the quality of the food. My filet was done to perfection and the best I've had in awhile. My husband's choice was amazing. It was our 54th anniversary and so glad we chose Bistecca to celebrate.

My boyfriend and I have been there 3 other times and last night was a bit of a disappointment. We travel to the casino at least 4x’s a year as a special treat to us having kids and busy lives. However, last nights dinner was over salted, and when asked if we wanted a replacement, it took a very long time and we were no longer hungry. Did not make for a great way to start our vacation. We were able to turn it around and win a few bucks. But this restaurant is one my boyfriend looks forward to on our stays. Hopefully better luck next time !

Very disappointed and upset! I am a famous chef from NYC and have been in the original Il Mulino thousands of times and never dissatisfied Last night I ordered a dry aged poorhouse for $95 and it was small, tough and with out a doubt previously frozen. I informed our server and nothing was offered or done Very upset Peter Stigi III 732-589-9741
