Overpriced for mediocre food. Restaurant was at less than 25% capacity and we had waited 20 minutes before getting our drink order taken.

I made a reservation for two at 9:00pm. The restaurant grossly overbooked and those with 7:30 reservations were just getting seated at 9:20. We found one seat at the bar and ended up eating there. The meal was not worth the $130 per person they charged.

Booked a reservation for 9 pm on Valentines day. Arrived at 8:15 and was told to expect to be seated around 9 as expected. Tried to get a drink at the bar but were ignored by staff for over an hour even after finding seating at the bar. Did not get seated at a table until 10:40 approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes after our reservation and were told some items on the fixed menu were no longer available. Overall very poor experience and service. Will not be returning nor recommending to others.

I know, it’s Valentine’s Day. But making people with reservations wait 45 minutes to be seated is bordering on abusive. I made a bit of a stink and got seated within 15 but there must have been 50 guest standing around waiting for their tables to finally be available. What was as shocking were the number of tables available while this was going on. Total CF and front desk acting like there’s no problem. Haven’t seen anything like this before. Don’t over sell the place. Empty tables are seated. If you can’t handle your guest list, don’t offer a Valentines Prix fixe.

Food was delicious. But def overbooked for Valentine’s Day. Saw some people waiting an hour for their reservation, took 45 min to be sat after my reservation and we were put in a back room with barely any ambience while there was a jazz band in the main area of the restaurant. Staff was super busy, but nice. Complementary valet was a nice touch.

Rude service. Table was not set for 4 people. After they sat us they brought the extra set of utensils and just dropped it on the table. With out setting it up nicely. Sat for 40 minutes at table before being asked what we want to drink. Very slow service. We had guest from New York and this was very embarrassing

Perhaps the Valentines crowd was too great a challenge, but we found the dining experience uneven. My salad was great, but my husband’s crab cake was just ok, My surf and turf was mediocre, but his scallops were very good. The service was just ok. To be fair, the servers were running; it was really busy., So it was hard to get their attention and things were missed or slow in coming. Overall, it was fine but not great.

I am truly not one to ever complain about service because I understand how busy restaurants can get. However, my experience here on Valentine’s Day was - at best - disappointing. We went here last year (2024) and had a pretty good time. We both remember it taking a long time to finally be seated despite having a reservation, but didn’t think anything of it because it was a busy restaurant on a busy night. However, this year (2025), not only was it the same story, but the hostess just completely forgot we had checked in and proceeded to seat 6 couples who arrived after us, before I finally reminded her that we were waiting (again, we are not ones to complain but it had been 20 minutes since we had checked in at this point). Unfortunately, this was just the start of our disappointment with the experience. Last year, we were seated near enough to the live band (a big reason why you pay $300 for something like this) that we could enjoy it. This year, we were tucked into a cramped area on the other side of the restaurant, completely walled off from the live band so we couldn’t hear anything. Instead, they played music on speakers in this dimly lit, very tightly staged room. I can’t emphasize how tight space was, as every individual in that room was constantly bumping the backs of their chairs into one another, and the wait staff barely had room to squeeze between us. In this room where we were seated, there were about 30 other tables here. There were only 2 servers in our room, who knows how many there were for the rest of the restaurant. To say service was slow and sparse is putting it mildly. Again, we do not complain and make a big deal because these are underpaid and overwork restaurant staff. Our server did the best she could, but towards the end of the night, it took over 45 minutes to get the check and another 15 minutes to finally sign off on the bill to leave. Never coming back sadly, wish I could get a refund and go to Taco Bell instead - genuinely.
