Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. A visit to Bird & The Bottle has to finish up with a dessert, and the "goo goo pie in another jar" is a must try.

We chose to sit at the bar last night for a late night drink and a little bite to eat. Bartender was amazing. Recommended some really nice top shelf, rye whiskey and the drinks were top-notch. Bartender seemed overqualified for his position. They definitely have a gem working for them. Excellent job can’t wait to come back. Food was amazing. Just got a small bite and some dessert but food quality was perfection and timing of service was well executed. Bravo 👏 Shout out to the host who is welcoming and definitely helped make the experience memorable. Overall, you can tell that bird & the bottle has a great team.

Skirt steak sliced diagonally, making it tough. Chunks of bacon in the warm spinach salad overcooked making them tough and chewy, chicken breast dry. To be fair, much of the food was tasty. All the seats need to be re-cushioned.(nothing like sitting on the frame of a chair for comfort.) dinner for two, no alcohol $133 with tip. I feel slightly ripped off. The manager was great.

We were stopping by Santa Rosa and looking for an interesting and eclectic place. OmG! This fit the bill. Food was delicious, generous portions, great ambiance - and the cocktails were on spot on.

This is an excellent, quaint, and reasonably priced restaurant. The atmosphere is comfortable both inside and on the patio. The service was great. Waiters, servers, bus personnel were attentive. The food was delicious. I liked the menu which allows for sharing and more tapas style eating. Food ce out fresh, hot, and nicely presented. I ate and recommend the chicken sliders, the shrimp wonton, and the everything fries. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back when I am in this area.This is an excellent, quaint, and reasonably priced restaurant.

Food was unbelievable! Have reservation! The fried oysters in lettuce cups was mouth watering, the mini burgers were delicious and the greens yummy. Highly recommend

Creative and delicious dishes. The small plates allowed us to try a bunch of different dishes. All were excellent.

I was so excited to see barbacoa tacos on your menu! However I was disappointed in that they were very spicy; Tums, here I come! My brother enjoyed his fried chicken and we both shared the little gem salad - delicious!
