Bill's a fait une entrée remarquée sur la scène du hamburger new-yorkaise en 2009 avec son premier restaurant dans le quartier Meatpacking, devenant un succès instantané auprès des amateurs de hambugers et des locaux. En 2010, Bill Bar & Burger Rockefeller Center a ouvert un restaurants de 400 places, ce qui en a fait le plus grand restaurant de hamburgers indépendant du pays. Le restaurant vous propose une douzaine de variétés de hamburgers, et chacun est soigneusement préparé quotidiennement, au gré des commandes. My friends and I all said the food was "fine" but it wasn't particularly good. Great service though and the place has a fun vibe. We didn't get dessert but the shakes sounded delicious.

If I could rate this with zero stars it would be too high!!! We arrived 10 minutes before our 7pm reservation. I was HARASSED with reminders and being asked via text over & over if we were keeping the reservation. I thought it was a good thing we were on time and a few minutes early. All the other restaurants have APPRECIATED our promptness. The lady I checked in with was upset we were early and informed me we weren’t getting seated earlyand go outside until 7pm. THEN I had to go back in and check in. We did as we were instructed (6 adults). Guess WHAT?!? When we went back inside at 7pm, Our “table isn’t ready”. When we were finally sat, it was at 3small high top tables. The plastic table cloth was so disgustingly dirty, greasy GROSS I had to fold the long end, hanging off the table, up over the table. When our server came to the table his was sulking, unfriendly & acted like we were bothering him! He saw the table cloth & walked away. I ordered “homemade guacamole with pico & salsa & warm chips (per the description on the menu . The corn chips were cold, STALE & the guacamole looked & tasted like they just grabbed it from a pre-packaged frozen batch. It was AWFUL!!! The server never topped my water off & he NEVER came to the table to see how are food was. I think he already knew our answer. Additionally, one of our party members went down to use the restroom. As soon as she was back she shared there were live Cockroaches in the bathroom. She chose NOT to use the facilities. The water tasted like metal in the aftertaste. We will NEVER go back!!! Everyone was RUDE, disengaged, & gave off vibes they hate life! We hated the approximately 45 too long minutes we were there!!! We decided they bribed someone for their “A” rating!

Very hot - no air con where we were sitting. Stick to the bills burger generic burger - other items not so good.
