Bill's a fait une entrée remarquée sur la scène du hamburger new-yorkaise en 2009 avec son premier restaurant dans le quartier Meatpacking, devenant un succès instantané auprès des amateurs de hambugers et des locaux. En 2010, Bill Bar & Burger Rockefeller Center a ouvert un restaurants de 400 places, ce qui en a fait le plus grand restaurant de hamburgers indépendant du pays. Le restaurant vous propose une douzaine de variétés de hamburgers, et chacun est soigneusement préparé quotidiennement, au gré des commandes. Bill possède maintenant trois adresses dans la ville de New York.

We really enjoyed the food, the burgers were great and the portions were generous. The service was really good. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Overall it was a really good experience.

We were quickly sat, which was great. Our server then came over and asked "Are you ready?" No greeting, no hello, no menu presentation, she didn't ask if we had any questions. We were not ready, she walked away and came back and asked "Do you need more time?" We did not, we ordered, Bill's Burger, fries and the caramel shake. I was surprised that the server did not take a temperature on the burger. The food came out quickly and the caramel milkshake was by far the highlight out of the burger, fries and shake. The server walked past us at one point and said "everything good?" without stopping to check if we were enjoying things. The name of restaurant has the name Burger in it, we had the expectation that the burger would be good, we were wrong. We both agreed this is one of the worst burgers we have had. It was very overcooked and the cheese on my friends burger looked like someone poured cheese soup on the burger. We are going on a tour of the city checking out burgers and we learned we will not be back! The food bad, the service worse and it felt like we would have been better off with a tablet to order off of, rather than be dismissed by the rude server. We will not be back, but the atmosphere was cute and I understand why it’s kid friendly. I didn’t know this was a Landry’s property! I found out after the fact. I would have used my Landry’s card, but the server never asked if I had one. Another disappointment. I expect much more from Landry’s restaurants! Very disappointing

It was the perfect place for a quick meal at the end of a long day. One of the best patty melts I have ever had. The giant pretzel was truly giant and delicious. Would definitely return.

Was an OK experience. We needed somewhere to eat while waiting for our hotel room. Restaurant was very crowded and we got a high top up against a wall. A lot of tables in a small space. The food was good though, and served quickly.

Ha sido un desastre. Nos aceptan la reserva 15 minutos antes de que cierre el establecimiento, diciéndonos que tenemos 15' para escoger que cenar y luego cenar, y que a la hora de cierre nos sacan a la calle. Una vergüenza que acepten reservas si no hay tiempo para cenar porque cierran

We were a party of 7 and service was great and fast. Perfect for our group having a show to go to. Good value and good food and great service.
